Chapter 256: The Death of Kaecilius

2022-10-19 Author: Great Demon Spirit

The incredibly powerful Teleportation magic from Agalas Sanctuary tore straight through space, instantly leaping across innumerable star systems and traversing a vast number of dimensions. Centered on Earth's coordinates, it located the closest pocket of the Dark Dimension.

The universe's strongest mage corps from Agalas Sanctuary arrived in the Dark Dimension through the stable Portal.

The Sacred Magic, devastatingly effective against Dark Power, erupted in a terrifying shockwave the moment it contacted the energies of the Dark Dimension. The resulting violent disturbance spread through space, sensed by many.

"They're here... the legendary strongest mage corps in the universe, the Sorcerers of Agalas Sanctuary..."

Watching the blinding light that had suddenly appeared in the Dark Dimension, Tony's eyes lit up as he murmured to himself.

Agalas Sanctuary was the reinforcement Tony had placed his greatest hopes in, not just because of their immense power, but also because their reputation and character were famously excellent.

The Sorcerers of Agalas Sanctuary possessed not only a wealth of knowledge but also a moral character that countless people admired.

Any Sorcerer who could enter Agalas Sanctuary to study had an irreproachable character.

"The time is right. With this group of Sorcerers here, conquering the Dark Dimension is just a matter of time. The most important thing is whether I can seize the Core of the Dark Dimension and become its new master."

Tony squinted, seeing through the eyes of the Transformers on the front lines. He saw Kaecilius, completely surrounded and protected by the Mindless Ones and Dark Creatures, and the look of shock and panic on his face.

"Who is it? Who in the world could it be! This magical power that's so devastatingly effective against the Dark Power..." Kaecilius was truly panicking this time, looking with dread at the sorcerers emerging in orderly ranks from the Light Pillar.

He had long been trained as Kamar-Taj's First Disciple. Logically, his temperament and intellect should have been of the highest caliber, but when truly faced with an enemy of overwhelming power, he couldn't help but feel a sense of dread.

These enemies who had arrived were unexpected—powerful, mysterious, and holy.

In the Dark Dimension, using a word like 'holy' was synonymous with a colossal crisis.

The ruler of Agalas Sanctuary personally led the charge, commanding his vast mage corps to hunt down the Mindless Ones without hesitation.

As mentioned before, Agalas Sanctuary was an open and inclusive place. Most terrifyingly, it recruited sorcerers from across the entire Universe! As long as your character was up to standard, you could gain basic admission.

Over the years, just how many fearsome sorcerers had Agalas Sanctuary accumulated? With countless Sparks of wisdom colliding, how many powerful Magic Secret Arts could they have developed?

The fearsome power of the Universe's number one magical Sacred Land was on full display at this moment.

Tens of thousands of sorcerers formed a unique magical formation, a shared magical amplification boosting each individual's Mystic Energy output.

The synchronized, large-scale Holy Annihilation Spell was terrifyingly lethal to the Mindless Ones. They didn't even need a direct hit; simply being touched by the light caused the Mindless Ones to shriek in agony as they evaporated into black smoke, one after another.

"Eradicate the darkness!" The Elder raised his hands high, leading the mage corps of Agalas Sanctuary in their hunt for the Mindless Ones.

Some of the sorcerers even used Spatial Magic to specifically target the Black Hole Vortexes that summoned the Mindless Ones, continuously casting Destruction and Sealing Spells.

Even though Kaecilius desperately cast Magic, he couldn't keep up with the speed at which they destroyed and sealed the vortexes.

Kaecilius panicked.

There were too many of them, and they were too powerful! That old man in the lead was also a Level Seven existence; there was no way he could resist!

"What a terrifying mage corps..."

Tony floated in the air, watching in awe as every attack from Agalas Sanctuary's mage corps cleared out a vast area thousands of miles wide.

"Kamar-Taj couldn't put on a show like this, could it? Could you even muster a thousand Sorcerers, counting the Rookie Mages?" Tony asked Wong, who was fighting up ahead.

"A thousand... call it my loss if we could even scrape together five hundred," Wong said, a bit dejected. He looked at the opposing force with envy, but Kamar-Taj truly didn't have that many people.

A Physique suitable for learning Magic was rarer than one in a hundred thousand, and unlike Agalas Sanctuary, Kamar-Taj wasn't open to the entire Universe.

"These are the reinforcements you were talking about? They're so powerful!" Wanda's eyes were wide. Intimidated by the chaotic battlefield, she could only try her best to stick close to Tony, not leaving his side for a moment.

Watching the immense Combat Power of Agalas Sanctuary's mage corps, Wanda was also filled with yearning and desire.

"I want to learn that kind of Magic, too," Wanda said.

"You can't learn it. If you want to learn Magic, just go to Kamar-Taj. Your talent is astonishing; I'm sure the Ancient One would take a liking to you," Tony said nonchalantly, glancing at Wanda, who was following him closely like a little kitten.

As for the reason, he didn't explain.

Tony watched the enemy with cold eyes, the Allspark in his mind pulsing rapidly as he controlled the combat of every single Transformer. From the heavily guarded Portal behind him, a continuous stream of Mechs was transported in, becoming the newest Combat Power under his control to be thrown into the battlefield.

The number of enemies decreased at a visible rate, suffering from terrifying suppression and slaughter.

"Ignore the Agalas Sanctuary group! Our only target is Kaecilius! We must kill this bastard! He knows too many of Earth's secrets. Leaving him alive will mean endless trouble in the future!"

A fierce aura emanated from Tony. He suddenly raised his head, his perpetually calm gaze turning vicious, locking onto Kaecilius from a great distance like a venomous snake.

A chill ran up Kaecilius's spine.

K-chak k-chak k-chak...

From the Legion guarding the rear, a dozen or so peculiar Transformers stepped forward. They were brightly colored and towered in size.

In the peripheral vision of many, these dozen or so Transformers began to combine, climbing on top of one another, their limbs interlocking and assembling.

Combiners, the War Weapons Tony used to break enemy formations.

Devastator, Bruticus, Superion.

Each stood nearly fifty meters tall. Their superior rocket propulsion granted them incredible mobility. In just a few seconds, they crossed the battlefield and appeared at the front.

Each one was a terrifying Killing Machine, practically a humanoid Turret. Countless cannon barrels extended from their bodies, annihilating all enemies in their path as they charged toward Kaecilius.

This was like a signal. The signal to hunt Kaecilius had been sent, and everyone received it.

The Sorcerers of Kamar-Taj in particular, whether spurred by hatred or stimulated by the presence of Agalas Sanctuary, suddenly became energized, roaring as they charged toward Kaecilius.

"Kaecilius, you shameless traitor, die!" Mordo roared, his eyes bloodshot.
