Chapter 310: Con: You'll Win, Right?
Four sinister figures appeared outside Tony's Manor.
Blackheart, accompanied by his three expelled lackeys, followed the Ghost Rider's Aura and came knocking.
Judging purely by his appearance, Blackheart looked like a young man wearing excessive makeup, his thick eyeliner repulsive, and his pale, bloodless skin further emphasized his sinister chill.
"The Knight is here..." Blackheart stared coldly at the gate and waved his hand. "You three, go kill him. Let my foolish father see that all his contingencies in this world are mere child's play. The world he couldn't conquer in thousands of years, I will seize in one fell swoop."
"We are not your subordinates!" The Water Demon, as if soaked through and exuding moisture, said with great displeasure.
"You have no other choice. Either follow me, or return to Heaven and see if those Angels will spare you!" Blackheart scoffed, mocking them.
The Water Demon, Wind Demon, and Earth Demon were all Elemental Creatures, originally residents of Heaven, but were kicked out during Michael's Purge and became wanderers.
These three creatures then defected to Blackheart of Hell, offering themselves for his command.
The three Elemental Creatures exchanged glances, each seeing the helplessness in the other's eyes. Although dissatisfied, they had no choice but to bow to reality.
"The Guardian of this planet isn't here; no one can threaten our existence," the Earth Demon replied indifferently, swaggering confidently as he led the way towards the manor.
With a wave of his hand, countless grains of sand swirled up from the ground, enveloping the iron gate. With a slight tug, the high-alloy gate deformed like mud and was thrown aside.
Although these three creatures were originally Heaven residents, their Combat Power was among the weakest of their kind. Forget competing with a Heaven Guardian like Michael; they weren't even Demigods.
But even so, having once been Heaven residents, they still possessed some measure of confidence.
As it turned out, they ran headfirst into an iron plate, destined for a bloody defeat.
The loud commotion attracted a large number of Undying Warriors. Various weapons assailed them, but after the dust settled, the four remained unharmed.
The three Elemental Creatures were immune to physical attacks, and Blackheart simply had no Soul, making him practically immortal.
"Oh, these Mortals' blood actually carries the scent of Hell..." Blackheart raised an eyebrow, sensing a profound Demonic Aura on a few of the Undying Warriors.
It was the Aura from the Fountain of Revival.
Blackheart's eyes suddenly turned black, as if a strange Power erupted. In an instant, hundreds of Undying Warriors present simultaneously cried out in pain, their bodies' flesh and blood rapidly withering.
Their Souls were being pulled by Blackheart.
Just then, a powerful surge of Magic Power transmitted over, forcibly severing Blackheart's control and violently forcing all the almost-separated Souls back into their bodies.
Most of these Undying Warriors collapsed onto the ground, their faces pale.
"Playing with Soul Magic in front of Kamar-Taj's Sorcerers, son of Mephisto, are you looking for death?"
Tony, clad in a dark robe, slowly emerged from the darkness. The slowly calming Magic Power fluctuations gradually smoothed out, but a volcanic Killing Intent brewed within Tony.
The rest of tony's Family were also alerted, appearing one by one with unfriendly expressions.
Max, Betty, Wanda, Ghost Rider, and others appeared one after another.
"Who are you?" Blackheart tilted his head.
Everyone's mouths twitched.
Mephisto's son claimed he would conquer Earth, yet didn't even know Earth's Guardian?
"My only target is him, my father's lackey." Blackheart pointed at the Ghost Rider and said arrogantly and sinisterly, "No matter who you are, those who dare to interfere with my affairs will only find death..."
"Die, you Big Shot!" Betty instantly transformed into the Red Hulk, roaring as she charged like a land tank, slamming Blackheart over thirty meters away.
"Attack! Kill them!" Tony gave the order, and everyone fiercely sprang into action, charging towards the three Elemental Creatures.
The Earth Demon was the most straightforward, rushing forward with a roar, but Max was faster! Endless Electricity engulfed him; his body instantly turned to glass under the effect of a Lightning Bolt and was shattered to pieces.
The Water Demon was the most cunning and tried to escape immediately, but was completely surrounded by the Ghost Rider's Hellfire and burned alive.
The remaining Wind Demon had the strongest life-saving abilities, but Wanda, proficient in Chaos Magic, directly twisted him out of existence from thin air, reverting him to his most primitive Energy Particles.
"Excellent, your Chaos Magic is becoming more and more proficient," Tony praised. Then, he personally took action, instantly appearing before Blackheart, grabbing him by the collar, and lifting him up.
"If all the Demons in Hell were as foolish as you, it would save me a lot of trouble. I have to say, you haven't even inherited one hundred-thousandth of your father's cunning; I even suspect you're the result of an affair with a Demon from next door," Tony mocked mercilessly.
Blackheart was somewhat astonished, looking in disbelief at his three defeated subordinates. This Mortal world seemed different from what he had imagined. He quickly calmed down, a low chuckle escaping his lips. "I didn't expect to find someone like you among these lamb-like Humans, quite different from what I understand."
"It doesn't matter, your life will be enough compensation." Tony punched fiercely, and with a bang, a huge gaping hole appeared in Blackheart's chest.
Yet Blackheart still sneered, his voice growing wilder: "Foolish! Don't you know I'm immortal?"
Tony delivered another punch, smashing Blackheart's mouth.
Blackheart stared with crimson eyes, fixedly at Tony, filled with malice and resentment.
Being targeted by a genuine Lesser Demon might also be no small trouble.
Another low roar filled with a tyrannical Aura came, accompanied by a sudden burst of Teleportation Array Power. A three-meter-tall creature appeared, letting out a roar towards the sky, its sharp horns indicating the identity of this newcomer.
A Demon, the most common kind found in Hell.
Tony frowned deeply, looking unfavorably at the figure behind the Demon. "Constantine, I warned you not to casually use the Grand Summoning Art."
Behind this Demon, the Teleportation Array's light slowly dissipated, and Constantine, with a sheepish grin and a look of helplessness, slowly walked out.
"This isn't the Grand Summoning Art; it's a smaller Summoning Magic derived from it, just... someone added a few ingredients and fixed the Coordinate..."
Constantine had a long face. His messy hair and scruffy beard made him, despite his youth, look like a greasy middle-aged man.
Under Tony's gaze, Constantine made a series of expressive gestures, trying to convey something, but his expressive ability was truly lacking, just like his personality, full of unreliability.
But it wasn't until a fellow carrying a gentleman's cane appeared that Tony finally knew who was behind it.
"Sorry, I originally came here to watch the show, after all, I'm Hell Detective, specializing in dealing with various Demons and collecting fees..."
Constantine was almost in tears. He first pointed a finger at the common Demon he had summoned, then looked at the guy beside him.
"I had no choice. Ancient One above, for the sake of our past battles together, Tony, you can definitely handle Mephisto, right?"
Constantine sighed repeatedly, looking over with hopeful eyes, making Tony's eyelid twitch uncontrollably in anger.
What was with this sense of natural déjà vu and the urge to hit someone?
"Long time no see, Tony. I've been looking forward to this day, looking forward to harvesting the delicious Souls that belong to me." Mephisto walked over with a shaky gait, politely took off his hat, revealing a cold, stern smile, and said in a hoarse voice.
