“You rats, I've found you!!!”
Tony's gaze burned. He reached out a hand, fiercely grabbing forward, as if a colossal hand of infinite size slammed towards the blankness ahead.
A vast expanse of void contained nothing, yet Tony did just that. He slapped forward with his palm, generating an intense upheaval. The original blankness suddenly seemed to “come alive”; a massive and peculiar rift formed, and a furious energy storm poured wildly into it.
“Who is it!!!”
Rao roared, a mix of shock and fury. All composure vanished from his face as he stared at the torn rift, his eyes almost bloodshot. A potent sense of unease and fear surged within him.
“No one has ever discovered our world, but this time, how...”
“How did he do it! This place relies on a strange...”
“Bastard! Shut up!!”
“Kill him, kill him at all costs!!”
The Kryptonian Gods, who had been dormant for far too long, were now enraged and terrified, each one roaring like mad.
The multiverse had undergone countless reboots, yet their Krypton Pantheon had never been found by enraged powerful enemies, all because of this peculiar region. But now, the most impossible reality had occurred; someone had come knocking.
Tony's figure rudely barged in, his black robes fluttering without wind, and a massive hood shrouded his joyous, even sinisterly grinning, face.
He looked at these shocked and furious Gods, their faces and appearances strikingly similar to Earthlings, his gaze assessing them as if they were a group of experimental subjects awaiting vivisection.
“Finally, I've baited you rats out. So you were hiding here; no wonder no one found you. Who would have thought you possessed such a world with extremely high concealment?”
At this moment, the Mother Box was subtly trembling, conveying excited emotion to Tony.
It had encountered its “kind.”
Here, there were traces of X-energy, which, though long vanished for countless years, could not escape the Mother Box's senses.
The Mother Box's core was unknown X-energy, and X-energy was also the Mother Box's ultimate energy source. Ages ago, a unique artifact that used X-energy as its power source also existed here.
The Kryptonian Gods roared one after another, howling in endless terror, demanding to kill the intruder.
“You are Tony! You actually could...” With a moment's thought, Rao understood the general possibility, his face as dark as the bottom of a pot.
The God of Wisdom Tyler angrily said, “Rao, you've attracted a powerful enemy!”
Tony sneered as he looked at this group of Gods, “I was just trying it out, never thought you'd actually take the bait...”
“How exactly did you do it? Even if you are a Sole God, you couldn't possibly discover this place!” Rao stopped the other rampaging gods, growling.
“A Sole God, of course, must have a unique artifact.” Tony sneered.
Rao's face was grim, his fists clenched, veins bulging on his forehead. The thought of Tony's past ferocious track record made him break out in a cold sweat. He forced himself to say, “I admit I was wrong to target Clark. I am willing to compensate. Other than that, I don't believe there's any misunderstanding between us!”
“You've misunderstood,” Tony said. “I'm completely uninterested in Clark Kent's future. Even if he surpasses Golden Superman in the future, it has absolutely nothing to do with me. I don't care at all.”
Tony slowly removed his hood, revealing his stern face beneath it to the countless deities. His calm movements made it seem as if he wasn't facing a Pantheon with full combat power, but a group of pigs awaiting slaughter.
Rao's mind was a bit muddled.
Tyler opened her golden pupils and affirmed, “You came for us.”
Tony gave her an unexpected glance, “God of Wisdom? Not bad, but it's a pity your mind isn't used for proper purposes.”
Tony swept his gaze over these gods. Every god he targeted immediately had their presence stagnate. It had been a very long time since they had directly faced an enemy, and the scent of bloodlust emanating from Tony made some gods feel utterly disoriented.
“I came for you; I need to know some hidden information... such as the profound mystery of Ancient Doomsday.” Tony said indifferently.
“That thing long ago escaped our control; its birth was an accident.” Rao endured the humiliation, lowering his arrogant head.
Tony remained impassive, “Then I order you to repeat this accident.”
“We cannot do it.”
“No, it's not that you cannot do it, but that you don't want to. Let me guess, it would cost you a great deal, wouldn't it?”
Tony strolled through this minor world, watching the constantly collapsing barrier, clicking his tongue in admiration. “To be honest, I've been researching this thing. If you had sent someone to observe when I underwent ascension, you would know how deeply I've researched Ancient Doomsday. I even obtained a Doomsday Spore, which contains Ancient Doomsday's Life Code.”
Pausing, Tony fixed his gaze on Rao. “But to this day, I still haven't been able to replicate Ancient Doomsday... I've only produced defective variants, countless defective variants. Not even a single test subject that slightly resembles Ancient Doomsday. I've thought about it repeatedly, and the reason can only lie with you all.”
“Tell me, what exactly was that original infant?!”
Tony punched and exploded a Kryptonian demigod who had gone mad from nervousness and fear, sending blood and flesh scattering everywhere.
Ancient Kryptonian Bertron, in his quest to research a perfect Kryptonian, relentlessly tortured an infant, repeatedly killing and then using revival on it. Eventually, that infant overcame death, becoming a deformed monster, which was Ancient Doomsday.
The numerous Kryptonian Gods remained silent, including the four Chief Gods, all with an inexplicable gleam in their eyes.
Boom!
Tony was the first to strike with lethal force, shattering a large section of the barrier with a single punch, and sending it crashing towards Rao.
“Even if you are a Sole God, don't dream of taking this secret from the great Krypton Pantheon!” Rao roared, yet his body rapidly retreated. Hundreds of Kryptonian Gods swarmed forward, their expressions ferocious as they lunged towards Tony.
The four Chief Gods looked on with indifference, blending in with the lesser gods as they surged towards Tony.
Splatter!
Tony grabbed two demigods, crushing their heads on the spot. He then used their corpses to violently smash into other gods. With a slight stomp as he stepped forward, another dozen demigods instantly exploded and died.
More gods surged towards him. Some powerful lesser gods possessed combat power comparable to Level Seven, and with the four Chief Gods beyond Level Seven, they completely surrounded Tony. Various intense light pillars of energy rushed furiously towards him.
Tony directly pulled out the Mother Box, unleashing a blasting ocean of lightning bolts that swept through the area, instantly collapsing this world. The energy-modified world was suddenly destroyed, and this group of Kryptonian Gods forever lost their hiding place.
Perhaps they had other hidden locations, but Tony no longer cared.
His target, from the very beginning, was the four Chief Gods. Whether dead or alive, he had to bring them back.
“Tony, you executioner, you'll meet a terrible end!!” Rao roared with bloodshot eyes.
Tony slapped a group of demigods to death, “At least you won't see it.”
