Chapter 655: Hammer of the Primes
2022-10-19 Author: Great Demon Spirit
Sai Tianjiao was a super genius, and the intelligence she displayed was enough to make anyone feel utterly ashamed of themselves.
Unlike Alpha Trion, Alpha Trion was extremely passionate about knowledge, loving to collect and record it, classifying it into different categories and storing it in the Iacon Hall of Records. After all, he also served as the director of the Iacon Hall of Records, obligated to maintain this treasure trove of knowledge for Cybertron.
Sai Tianjiao, however, was a research and development genius in the truest sense. Her keen insight into scientific research and the truths of the Universe was astonishing.
Many believed that Sai Tianjiao possessed an even more astounding intellect, surpassing a Universe Level mind, but this had yet to be powerfully substantiated.
Wisdom could never be faked.
After obtaining the Hunter Energy, Sai Tianjiao plunged into her laboratory, undertaking a complex and massive project. She sought to transform this Energy into a tangible artifact, one that would store thousands upon thousands of intricate programs within.
An artifact capable of creating other artifacts would inevitably possess an extremely complex internal logic.
Three months flashed by in an instant.
Three months might seem brief, but for certain monsters, that amount of time was enough to bring about earth-shattering changes. Batman could forge the Anti-Justice League Armor in three months, and Iron Man could, within the same period, create the Godkiller Armor using the corpses of Celestial members.
And Sai Tianjiao, in three months, created a powerful artifact, one whose computational power rivaled a Universe Level computer, while also possessing the special ability to modify matter and energy.
This artifact was named "Hammer of the Primes" by Sai Tianjiao.
"This is an artifact capable of autonomously creating powerful weapons," Sai Tianjiao said, placing a hammer with an extremely sci-fi appearance onto the table.
The Hammer of the Primes was 1.3 meters long and weighed over a ton. Aside from the angles of unknown practical significance covering the outside of the hammerhead, the handle perfectly embodied simplicity.
"Hammer of the Primes, Version 1.0, is sufficient to meet the demands of you people."
Sai Tianjiao flipped her hair.
Megatron, who had specially arrived, remained silent, his crimson eyes filled with coldness. He was the first to reach out, grabbing the hammer in front of everyone present.
A weight of one ton was no different from a toothpick to Megatron, who had swallowed Power Infinity Stone Allspark Fragments.
The moment his cold hand gripped the hammer's handle, Megatron's body slightly trembled. Countless whispers echoed in his mind, and vast amounts of knowledge and dizzyingly complex formulas flashed rapidly before his eyes.
Set after set of manufacturing blueprints became known to Megatron. If he wished, he could use this hammer at any time to create anything he desired.
In that brief instant, Megatron's inner thoughts were dissected by the hammer; all his ideas concerning creation would be captured by the hammer. He only needed to truly wield it, and the Hammer of the Primes would manifest whatever he wished to create.
Whether it was matter or energy, whether it was outlines or essences, whether creating from scratch or repairing halfway, the Hammer of the Primes could accomplish it for him.
All he needed to do was swing the hammer and smash things with a clang.
A few seconds later, Megatron released his grip. With a thud, the hammer dropped onto the high-alloy table, perfectly embedding itself into the recess prepared for the Hammer of the Primes.
"How effective is it?" a Council Member asked him.
"Very powerful, it certainly lives up to the name of an artifact... but it gives me a sense of déjà vu..."
Megatron remained silent for a long time before speaking slowly, his rotating optical sensors fixed on Sai Tianjiao: "Tell me, did you disassemble the Mobius Chair to make this hammer?"
The entire High Council chamber fell into a brief commotion. Numerous demigods and highly-placed individuals collectively widened their eyes, staring at Sai Tianjiao in astonishment.
Shockwave, Wheeljack, and the others' faces were as black as the bottom of a pot, sweat and lubricant profusely beading on their foreheads.
Sai Tianjiao paused, her beautiful hair, fanned out across her back, began to sway unconsciously: "I only disassembled a part of it..."
"How much is 'a part'?" Electro pressed him, his heart pounding.
Sai Tianjiao held up three fingers, then, after a moment's thought, retracted two of them.
"One-third? That shouldn't be too much of a problem, right..." Professor X rubbed his forehead, a headache brewing.
Magneto sneered, "If it were really that little, then she wouldn't be Sai Tianjiao. I'd write my name backward!"
Wheeljack could no longer hold back: "You really only left one-third intact? Wouldn't that render the Mobius Chair useless then?!"
Raven and Illyana exchanged a furtive glance, giggling foolishly.
Metron, who was currently aimlessly wandering Cybertron, would probably give up hope entirely this time. That guy Metron was still hoping that once Tony remembered him, he would get his chair back...
Sai Tianjiao spread her hands, a look of innocence on her face: "It's not dead yet; I merely forced it into dormancy. With some more materials, there might still be a chance to repair it."
Professor X gave a wry smile.
Magneto scoffed, "Be content. The fact that she didn't disassemble Ultron is already giving Tony face. I'm genuinely worried that one day I'll leave Cybertron for a trip and return to find the main planet blown up by her..."
"Ultron will be watching her..." Professor X said helplessly.
Honestly, though, the Hammer of the Primes was indeed powerful. This hammer not only possessed extremely meticulous and complex logical programs internally but also stored hundreds of millions of perfected manufacturing templates.
Even a pig, wielding this hammer, could become a powerful blacksmith, for there was no need to think; one merely had to state their request to the hammer, then swing it.
What was even more remarkable was that this hammer also had a permanent recording function. Once an artifact was forged, it would be permanently recorded in its internal database, allowing for recreation and repair in the future.
Megatron glanced at the Hammer of the Primes, then turned and left.
"This hammer is indeed an artifact, but it's of no use to me," Megatron said, his heavy body exceptionally towering, the purple crystal on his finger gleaming.
He didn't need any artifact; he himself was the strongest artifact.
After the meeting adjourned, Wheeljack hurriedly left the scene, rushing back to the Science Academy. He needed to plug the loopholes that Sai Tianjiao had discovered...
"Our containment measures for the Mobius Chair were taken to the extreme, yet she managed to get hold of it right under our noses," Wheeljack said with a dark expression.
Shockwave said lightly, "You're talking about measures with someone of transcendent intelligence? If she wants to, the things we've set up truly amount to nothing. Not even Ultron warned us, which at least proves Ultron tacitly approved of her actions. There's no need for us to dwell on this so much."
"So, won't the Science Academy be full of holes from now on?"
"You could interpret it that way..."
