Chapter 663: The Death of Galactus (3)

2022-10-19 Author: Great Demon Spirit

The tiny figure shook Galactus.

This was a direct clash of pure power. Red Lantern Hulk was enveloped in pervasive blood, transforming into a massive, blood-red beast, letting out a furious roar as its long, sharp horns fiercely slammed into Galactus.

The Red Lantern construct was a blood-red bull, and Red Lantern Hulk's choice to manifest his entire body's blood into the form of a blood-red bull was no coincidence.

No one understood the Red Lantern Ring better than him.

The massive blood-red bull fiercely slammed into Galactus, its movement speed long surpassing the speed of light, leaving light itself far behind.

Galactus spread his colossal hand, overshadowing the sky and covering everything. Red armor covered his body, yet it could not withstand the blood-red bull's charge.

*Pfft!*

A tremendous sound, as if echoing throughout the universe, spread. A hideous wound instantly tore open, as the blood-red bull directly pierced through Galactus's palm. Galactus's suddenly wide eyes, and the palm being drilled through by a struggling blood-red bull, appeared utterly comical before the blood-transformed bull.

Red Lantern Hulk's beast-like growls and roars emanated from within the blood-red bull. The red light flickered wildly, moving through space, fiercely striking towards Galactus's head.

“Rage Red Lantern… this shouldn't be appearing now. You are not a Main Universe life form!” Galactus roared in anger. The wound on his palm instantly recovered by more than half, but the blood seeping in from Hulk was like maggots clinging to bone, fiercely destroying Galactus's body.

Every drop of blood was an embodiment of Hulk himself, easily controlled by him.

The manifestation of Rage Red Lantern's power was fresh blood.

“I once killed you too… In my universe, your corpse was thrown into the cosmos, for all life forms in the entire universe to observe and dissect.”

The blood-red bull quickly thinned, and Hulk, flickering with an ominous red light, stepped out from within the blood-red bull. He tore apart the bull-body made of viscous blood, controlling all the energy to revert back into blood.

“Now it seems, the version of you in the Main Universe is also at this level, not strong at all.” Red Lantern Hulk let out a wild laugh.

When Tony first arrived in the Nirvana Universe, the Galactus of the Nirvana Universe was already a corpse in space, killed by Red Lantern Hulk from Earth.

Of course, Red Lantern Hulk had never heard of claims that Galactus was one of the Five Great Primal Gods or Creator Gods of the Multiverse. Even if he had, he wouldn't have cared.

Galactus furiously clenched his fist, smashing it heavily towards Hulk.

Blood erupted, proliferating wildly like a roaring blood sea, hysterically surging towards Galactus, obstructing his solar system-shaking fist and easily dispelling a massive amount of power, protecting the solar system from being destroyed by the enraged Galactus.

Hulk slowly raised his hand. The crimson ring, as always, pulsed with his heart, emanating a scorching sensation.

Red Lantern Hulk still chose to solve problems with his fists.

This was his favorite method.

Galactus began to fall into a frenzy, entangled with the blood sea that coiled around him. The frequently erupting level-seven energy waves still came from the true god power of one of the five great gods.

The blood sea obstructed Galactus for less than a nanosecond.

This extremely short amount of time was enough to kill him.

Hulk's body swelled again, reaching a bulk of nearly six meters, his muscles bulging. He leaped towards Galactus, whose thick arms, even more astonishing than a planet's diameter, were like paper mache before Hulk's brute strength, easily pierced through.

The tiny fist slammed directly into Galactus's arm. Then, Hulk raised his other hand, a hideous grin spreading across his lips. After smashing into the wound, he tore with immense force.

*Pfft!*

A chunk of Galactus's flesh was ripped off by Hulk.

Galactus, enraged by the pain and the humiliation of the attack, let out a furious roar. He reached for Red Lantern Hulk, but Hulk was even more berserk, punching repeatedly. In an extremely short time, his entire body was embedded in Galactus's arm.

An endless shower of flesh fragments was hurled into space. Hulk furiously destroyed Galactus's arm, and finally, with another eruption of the blood sea, Galactus's arm was directly smashed off by Hulk.

It shouldn't have been this troublesome, but there was no helping it; Galactus was too massive, and this wasn't a temporary size conjured by energy. His Jupiter-sized body was Galactus's true form.

The difficulty for a bacterium to break a human's arm could be imagined.

Galactus's roars and screams shook the entire universe. He stared with wide eyes at his arm floating away from him, his expression stiff.

Ever since Mr. Mxyzptlk destroyed the Multiverse and initiated a Reboot, since the birth of this new Main Universe from that Reboot, Galactus had been active for over ten billion years. He had never been this pathetic.

His deity's intuition told him he was going to die again, just like many of his counterparts in other universes he could vaguely sense.

The only comfort was that this time he was killed by someone stronger than him, not by those ant-like creatures… being taken down by a bunch of weaklings, that was a shameful reality.

Under the gaze of countless onlookers, Red Lantern Hulk erupted with red light, the blood sea boiled, and his thick arms and wide hands tore at Galactus's body, like a frantic housewife peeling cabbage leaves.

“Is that it?” Someone stared blankly.

“This guy is too powerful. Where did these Earthlings recruit such a monster…”

“It is the homeland of New Gods, after all. It’s normal to have some formidable individuals. Haven’t you noticed? So many cosmic life forms have secretly come to Earth these past few years, but aside from those with extraordinary origins or power, no one dares to cause trouble there, even though billions of ordinary humans reside on it. They only secretly observe, trying to find the secret to the New Gods' metamorphosis.”

“You also need to consider, New God was an ordinary human back then. With that example, who the hell dares to make a move? They might just provoke another powerful individual.”

“Compared to that, I'm more concerned about the ring on this monster's finger… highly similar in function to a Green Lantern Ring, a Red Lantern Ring?”

Hulk rapidly tore at Galactus, his movements long past the speed of light. Galactus's body was rapidly disintegrating, shattering into large fragments that drifted into the cosmos.

When Hulk removed his head, Galactus finally died.

A head large enough to serve as a life planet simply floated silently in space. The red light flickered, the blood sea retracted, and was quickly absorbed back into Hulk's body.

He coldly eyed Galactus's corpse, then returned to Earth. He took a step, then another, silently appearing atop Mount Everest on Earth. He sat down indifferently, facing the swirling snow.

At this moment, Red Lantern Hulk was a god.
