Chapter 48: Bullseye Dead, Forcing Kingpin's Hand (For the Love of It) 4000

Bullseye, wearing his leather jacket, stood outside the Factory Building with his arms crossed, watching the flames inside with fierce eyes.

Although this Drug Production Facility was a trap set to lure the two vigilantes, the goods and workers inside were real.

If he let these two rats escape, he'd have a hard time explaining it to Boss Kingpin.

Bullseye waved his right hand, and fully armed Gunmen rushed into the Factory Area.

Tang Song, observing from the perspective of the high-altitude drone released by Kane, saw that this small flour factory was surrounded by at least several hundred people.

It was clear that Kingpin was truly ruthless in dealing with the two troublemakers.

However, from Tang Song's perspective, what was more interesting was that outside Kingpin's several hundred gunmen, Kane and his men had them surrounded.

"Bang!"

A single gunshot rang out, and the immense impact of a magnum bullet directly took off half of Bullseye's head.

"Thud!"

Bullseye, who had just been full of vigor, swayed and fell to the ground.

Before he died, his hand didn't even have time to reach for his prized throwing knife.

"Move out!"

Kane pulled the bolt of his sniper rifle and issued the command through the command channel. At the same time, he aimed his sniper rifle at the next target.

"Bang!"

"Pfft pfft pfft pfft..."

"Da da da"

"Da da da..."

The dozen or so gunmen following Bullseye hadn't even recovered from the shock of their boss being shot in the head.

A series of dense bullets mowed them down.

Suppressed assault rifles fired precise single shots and three-round bursts, achieving accurate and efficient point kills.

Dozens of carefully selected elite soldiers, slightly crouched, used the cover of night to attack an enemy ten times their number.

Kingpin's gunmen were caught completely off guard by the sudden attack from behind.

By the time they reacted, dozens of their own men had already fallen.

"Kill them, there aren't many of them!"

In the darkness, these gang gunmen fired wildly behind them.

But in the thick darkness, aside from the muzzle flashes, the surroundings were pitch black. They could see nothing except the 'pfft pfft' of suppressed gunfire from the other side and the screams of their own men being hit.

A fat white man wearing a large gold chain and a white hip-hop T-shirt yelled while brandishing a handgun from behind a wall, trying to turn the tide.

"Bang!"

A magnum bullet directly penetrated the three-centimeter-thick hollow brick wall, opening a bloody hole in his temple.

Thud! The fat man's corpse slid down the wall. Click. Kane pulled the bolt, aiming at the next target.

...

Tang Song sat on the sofa in the Hall of the Manor, his head resting in Skye's arms, enjoying the real-time footage of the flour factory projected before him.

The overhead view from nearly twenty military drones allowed Tang Song to clearly see everything happening at the flour factory.

Including the engagement between the two sides.

Kingpin had sent nearly three hundred gunmen. It could be said that he had truly gone all out to deal with the two troublesome vigilantes.

However, gang gunmen who hadn't undergone military training were only good at fighting when things were going their way.

Fighting in the dark without night vision goggles, they weren't much better than the armed men in Africa.

They just randomly hid behind a Bunker, firing chaotically outwards.

In contrast, Kane's soldiers were equipped with full bulletproof gear, including two layers of bulletproof steel plates. Ordinary rifle bullets couldn't penetrate their bulletproof vests at all.

This allowed them to kneel and make precise shots without any reservations, even under enemy fire.

Moreover, with night vision goggles, they could easily see the gang gunmen, while the enemy couldn't see them.

Their standard issue M4A1 carbines also provided superior firepower compared to the various stove pokers the gang gunmen carried.

Dozens of soldiers, in groups of three, using three-man military tactics, were like hunting dogs moving through the darkness, dragging enemies one by one into the Abyss of death with their gunfire.

"Kane's criteria for selecting people isn't bad!"

The gunfire gradually stopped. Tang Song checked the time and clapped his hands in satisfaction.

Less than fifteen minutes had passed since he gave the attack order.

And through the footage transmitted by the drones, the entire Factory Area, except for a few scattered stragglers, had been cleared by Kane's men.

"They are elites selected from retired soldiers from various countries, absolutely worth the salary the Boss is paying!"

Lane chimed in from the side.

Tang Song rubbed his chin and said, "Lane, I naturally trust your and Kane's abilities. After all, you were the instructors of the famous Black Demon.

However, since the Security Company has been established, once things in New York are settled, arrange for Kane and his men to take on some jobs outside to get some activity!

Things have been quite frequent in New York recently. If it weren't for our new Governor suppressing it, Commissioner Thomas would have already come knocking!"

"Boss, you mean?" Lane slightly rose from the sofa, leaning forward.

"Tomorrow, arrange a meeting with our Commissioner Thomas for me. Just say I have a big gift for him!"

...

"This is a Trap!"

Matt Murdock gripped his blind cane, listening to the chaotic gunfire outside.

"Figured that out!" Frank snorted impatiently.

"If it weren't for your damn overflowing sympathy, we would have escaped by now!"

The warm qi flow circulated through his body, and the effect of the flashbang grenade on him had been reduced to a minimum.

Frank crouched by the wall, reloading his handgun while adjusting his breathing rate.

The speed of his heart and lungs' fluctuations was gradually increasing with his breathing rate.

Beneath his skin, a faint crimson light was flowing.

"Another group of people has arrived outside!"

Listening to the chaotic gunfire outside, Matt Murdock twitched his ears.
