He rejected President Cain's request to lead the charge, who was in charge of the Tang Group's Security Business, and also didn't assign the matter to any of the other Leaders. Instead, he directly dispatched the Goddess of Death Hela, who was by his side, to this Star Zone.

Next, Hela directly led her Army of the Dead to slaughter the entire Cartman Race. Three planets, hundreds of millions of the Cartman Race, not a single one was left alive.
The Cartman Race, a Space Pirate Race somewhat known even in the Milky Way Galaxy, was thus annihilated.
