Chapter 387: Haga, Living in Memories
Back during Duelist Kingdom, Ryuzaki was the rising star, the Runner-up of the Japan National Duel Monsters Tournament. After the Duelist Kingdom Top 8 were decided, Ryuzaki, filled with intense shame, also watched the match where Hayato and Yugi Mutou, who had reached the championship, challenged Maximillion Pegasus.
In that match, Ryuzaki witnessed Hayato's highly coordinated Performapal Deck, Yugi's endless Spell Cards, and Pegasus's despair-inducing Illusion Monsters.

"Ultimate Conductor Tyranno's second Effect is that it can only be activated at the start of the Damage Step when it attacks a Monster in Defense Position."
"Inflict 1000 points of damage to the opponent duelist, and send the attack target Monster directly to the Graveyard!" Ryuzaki fiercely waved his hand. "[Supernova Blast]!"
