Cyber End Dragon felt that it didn't matter if it was sent to the Graveyard again in the next second; it wasn't the first time it had bounced back and forth between the Field and the Graveyard anyway.

Before Cyberdark Dragon could feel proud of its increased power, it discovered with a bewildered expression that along with Cyber End Dragon's power, countless black chains had appeared from who knows where and were now tightly wrapped around its joints!
"'What is that?!' Samejima also noticed the chains binding Cyberdark Dragon." Without thinking, he looked at Hayato, the only one who could possibly be behind this, and sure enough, he saw a Curse of Darkness flipped face-up in his Spell/Trap Zone.
"'The Continuous Trap Card Curse of Darkness can decrease the ATK of one monster on the opponent's Field by 700 points, and it cannot Attack or change its battle position.'" Hayato pointed to the flipped Set Card and explained, "'After all, that's 6000 ATK. It wouldn't be good if it attacked my Cyber Dragon with only 2100 ATK.'"
Hayato's Life Points are only 4000. If it hit him with a single punch, even with Cyber Dragon blocking, he'd be left with minimal Life Points in an instant. What's more, Samejima also has Cyberdark Invasion, which allows him to Equip a Cyberdark monster with an Equip Card that increases its ATK by 1000 once per turn.

Even as he watched Cyberdark Dragon's ATK decrease and also being unable to move due to Curse of Darkness's existence, Samejima still said, "It's no use, Hayato-kun. You can't stop that monster's Descent."
