Chapter 295

Chapter 287 Tony's Fearsome Talons: Submit, or Be Destroyed!

Author: Great Demon Spirit

In the Prime Universe, there exist far more numerous and complex Dimensions than in Other Universes. There are worlds similar to, or even vaster than, the Dark Dimension, as well as some peculiar, small Pocket Dimensions. In a hidden place not far from Earth, there exists a very secret Pocket Dimension.

This dimension was incredibly small. The passage connecting it to the Three-dimensional Main World was sealed by some immense Power, reduced to a tiny, quark-level point that remained closed most of the time. This tiny point was the Pocket Dimension's only connection to the Outside World, and it was bound by a powerful Seal.

The dimension was frighteningly small, roughly the size of a single supercity on Earth. For a "world," this area was absurdly small. Even worse, the environment here was harsh, completely unsuitable for life. Even a Demon from Hell wouldn't want to stay in such a godforsaken place.

Zach had lived in this place since birth. He had an appearance similar to other Demonic Mutants: a peculiar skin color, sharp pupils, and a long, powerful tail.

"Damn it, it's raining again..." Zach grumbled, looking up at the sky.

This was bad news. Every time it rained, they had to move to another location, and they also had to painstakingly move their slumbering ancestors or bury them deeper underground.

Irregular showers of strong acid rain would fall from the sky, hitting the narrow ground with a sizzling sound.

The acid combined with a unique type of soil native to this land, forming something similar to but distinctly different from a Calcium-like Substance.

This substance was highly toxic.

Zach and his people had to periodically clean up the Calcium-like Substance, piling it at the edge of the land to expose fresh soil beneath.

Everything was for survival.

But the soil was dwindling. Many areas had already been hollowed out completely, revealing what lay on the other side of the ground—the Void.

Their living space was shrinking, and the countdown to their death had long since begun.

"When will we ever be able to leave this place and return to our homeland..." Zach murmured to himself, sighing deeply.

As someone who had been born in this damn world, Zach found it difficult to comprehend what others called a "spherical land" or "another dimension."

Because in his few hundred years of life, he had more than once seen elders with Spatial Ability risk their lives to teleport beyond the land, only to be torn to pieces by the turbulent currents of Space-time.

What did the blue oceans and green lands look like? What about the fish swimming in the sea, or the birds flying in the sky?

Zach knew none of it.

In his centuries of life experience, most of his time was spent observing the weather and the occasional volcanic eruptions, then hastily waking some people up to move another slumbering group.

Eating the slightly toxic substances here took a heavy toll on their bodies.

With his Demon Gene, Zach was also long-lived, but at a mere few hundred years old, he already appeared frail and decrepit.

What he didn't know was that this small dimension could be devoured and torn apart at any moment, turning to pieces just like his fearless clansmen who leaped into the Outside World.

He had only been told that their great leader, Azazel, had found a way, and they just needed to wait patiently.

"Just when will we be able to leave?" Zach sighed, full of yearning for the Outside World.

It seemed as if some unseen Deity had heard his wish and decided to grant it.

BOOM! CRACK!

A sudden, deafening roar came from the sky, its sound echoing the world's tremors, as if a world-devouring Giant Beast was forcefully tearing and ramming at its outer shell.

Everyone was startled. Some of the Demons who had just entered their slumber awakened instantly. As their eyes flew open, the horror and panic in their variously colored and shaped pupils were impossible to hide.

"What in the world is happening?!"

"In all my memory, nothing like this has ever happened!"

The few remaining clansmen had adopted a system of rotating watch. Most would slumber to reduce the consumption of already scarce resources, while a few would brave the harsh environment to watch over the sleeping and the very few newborn infants.

Although, for the last few hundred years, they had been unable to bear children. Zach was the youngest, and the last.

The rapidly diminishing soil had taken away vast amounts of their resources, and the harsh environment had claimed the lives of most of the struggling Demons.

The spatial tremors awakened some of the Demons, and more importantly, they awakened the Demon leader who had long been prepared: Azazel.

A pair of enormous eyes slowly opened. A tall, burly, red-skinned figure suddenly appeared in front of Zach, looking up at the strange development with a peculiar expression.

His Demigod-level Spatial Ability allowed him to traverse this dimension with ease. Unfortunately, the complex Seals surrounding it prevented him from ever leaving.

BOOM!

A second boom rang out, and the world trembled once more. It felt as if it would collapse in the next second, striking fear into countless hearts.

"Oh, great leader, what is happening? Has the end come?"

Someone asked in terror.

Then he was immediately torn apart by the brutal Azazel. His bloody corpse became food, stuffed into Azazel's own mouth. Azazel's mouth filled with blood, yet he wore an expression of enjoyment.

The crunching sound of chewing bones echoed, a stark contrast to the deathly silent crowd around him. At that moment, everyone was stunned by Azazel's sudden display of brutality.

Openly eating one of his own, one of his few remaining clansmen.

Zach trembled in fear, nearly collapsing to the ground.

Azazel's enormous eyes turned to look at Zach, almost making Zach piss his pants!

Fortunately, Azazel's main body seemed to have slightly alleviated his hunger and did not eat poor Zach alive.

"Wake everyone up. Tell them we have guests." Azazel greedily licked the remaining blood from the corner of his mouth, savoring the metallic tang.

The blood contained rich nutrients, all of which he drank down. Of course, this was not enough, especially after he received the fragmented images sent back by the Soul of his dead Clone—delicious delicacies, an endless supply of exquisite food, and clean drinking water to his heart's content.

Over the past year, Azazel's main body had nearly gone mad with jealousy.

His Clone had enjoyed all of these things, had even grown tired of them.

But he hadn't!

Ever since he was locked in this godforsaken place by those damn Birdmen, he hadn't eaten a single proper meal!

He could only secretly kill and eat his own clansmen to satisfy his cravings!

Azazel lowered his head and thought, when was the last time he had eaten a clansman? It seemed to have been a few hundred years ago. He recalled it was a female who had just given birth; he had torn her apart and eaten her.

But compared to the scattered images from his Clone, his own situation was too pathetic to even look at.

Over the past year, Azazel had long been driven mad with jealousy and hatred, wishing he could replace his Clone and enjoy everything.

He couldn't leave this place, so he could only suppress his madness and wait in silence.

The fragmented images from his Clone told him that its death was not the end, but a new beginning.

The foolish and arrogant new Sorcerer Supreme had threatened to take everything from him, a claim so absurd it was laughable.

Azazel couldn't wait for this idiot to arrive, free him, and let him return to Earth.

Exquisite food, clean water, and seven billion head of livestock like lambs—all would be his.

As for the new Sorcerer Supreme? Sorry, Azazel hadn't even considered him. He was just an idiot who didn't recognize his own strength, someone who could be killed in an instant.

Everything that fool of a Sorcerer possessed was simply being prepared for him.

It was just like thousands of years ago, when he took advantage of the death of his ancestor, Apocalypse, to fight with the Birdmen for control of Earth.

The lamb-like Mortals were just livestock to be slaughtered at will. That's what he had done thousands of years ago.

The opportunity to escape had finally arrived. That foolish rookie named Tony truly had not disappointed him!

BOOM! KRA-KAAA!

In the sky, a Rift suddenly appeared, then expanded with a roar and shattered!

A massive opening abruptly tore through the sky of this dimension!

A figure emerged from the opening, descending from the heavens like a Celestial, radiant with light. He carried with him the terrifying Mystic Energy emanating from a powerful Magic array on Earth.

But his black robes brought not only hope, but also despair.

"Azazel! I have come! Just as I proclaimed to you before, I am here!"

The cold and overtly grim tone came from the mouth of the Human descending at supersonic speed. The icy Killing Intent could be clearly felt by everyone even from a thousand miles away, a bone-chilling cold that made many of the weaker Demons tremble uncontrollably.

This black-robed figure wore an eye-like necklace on his chest, which radiated a faint green light that distorted time. Like a Deity, he declared his judgment in a voice colder than ice.

"Submit, or be destroyed!"
