Chapter 297

Chapter 289: The Humanoid Monster

"These insects..."

The Dark Lord Dormammu appeared in his soul state, wreathed in the Power of Darkness. He was currently at the entrance to an Alternate Dimension, sizing up the Insecticons around him.

Each of these Insecticons had a menacing and terrifying physique, yet they remained exceptionally quiet. A cold glint flickered in their red eyes, warning anyone who would underestimate them.

Silent, yet brimming with Killing Intent.

The leading Insecticon, also the strongest of them, was fearlessly meeting Dormammu's gaze, filled with defiance and an eagerness for a fight.

This displeased the ever-arrogant Dormammu, who more than once had the urge to crush this thing into a pile of scrap metal.

But he didn't dare, because Tony would certainly not let him off the hook.

Tony placed great importance on these Insecticons and wanted to use this war to test something.

"How creepy. They feel more and more alive."

Dormammu snorted coldly, feeling it was beneath him to bicker with a mechanical beast.

The great Dark Lord glanced over from the corner of his eye. That Insecticon was still staring straight at him, this time with a clear look of provocation, which he found somewhat unacceptable.

Just as Dormammu was debating whether to make a move, the gate of the dimension shattered with a boom, revealing a large hole.

Dormammu found his way out of the standoff. He shot a fierce glare back, raised his chin arrogantly, and floated leisurely inside.

The Insecticons raised their heads in unison, their red eyes emitting a terrifying crimson glow as they entered the dimension in an orderly fashion.

The Insecticons are a terrifying Legion among the Transformers.

A single Insecticon Minion could hunt down a commander-level figure like Starscream and leave him in a wretched state. One must know that the Decepticon faction also adheres to the law of the jungle, where the strong prey on the weak.

Although Starscream was a master of schemes and flattery, to have climbed to the position of second-in-command within the Decepticon ranks and repeatedly tricked Megatron without being killed, he had to have some real skill.

And yet, Starscream was completely thrashed by a single Insecticon minion.

The terror of this unit was such that they could even clash head-on with the Predacons who hadn't combined to form Predaking.

If one had to find a weakness for the Insecticons, it would be... that most of them have low intelligence?

However, Tony obviously didn't care about that. For a Legion-level army of slaughter, did every individual need to match Starscream's intellect and emotional intelligence? Unlikely.

As long as they could kill, it was enough.

The physical structure of the Insecticons gave them a natural advantage. Not only could they fly at high speeds, but every tentacle on their bodies was an efficient tool of slaughter, a powerful weapon.

A unit like this, though only a hundred strong, was terrifying enough.

...

Tony descended powerfully from the sky, his black robes like the sigil of the Grim Reaper, his face cold and severe, carrying a heaven-piercing Killing Intent. His tall and slender body, like a world-destroying asteroid, crashed into the ground, kicking up a massive storm.

"Hehehe, he's here, the foolish fellow..." Azazel licked his fingers, savoring the taste of blood in his mouth.

"Delicious..."

He ignored the chilling fear of his kinsmen and tore away his ridiculous disguise.

Because he no longer needed to endure. A Rift had appeared in the Seal set by the Birdmen, and he could even feel the aura of the Outside World—it was the taste of freedom!

As a Level 5 Demigod, as long as he took one step out of this damned place, a single thought was all it would take to use Teleportation to reach Earth.

Exquisite food, clean drinking water, and Humans as fragile as lambs—all would be his.

Oh, and his Clone had even left behind numerous descendants on Earth, all of whom would be the foundation for his rule.

And he, Azazel, after being defeated and sealed by the Angels thousands of years ago, would descend upon Earth once more!

This time, he would descend as its master!

The Ancient One was nowhere to be found, and the new Sorcerer Supreme was an idiot. Who else could possibly stop him?

No one. As long as he took one step out of this dimension, he would be invincible.

Azazel eagerly awaited Tony's arrival, but some of the Demonic Mutants thought differently.

Seeing the black-robed man appear like a Celestial and a Grim Reaper, they fell into a commotion. Many immediately awakened their slumbering ancestors to face the invading enemy.

But some of the younger generation discovered to their astonishment that their ancestors, who had awakened from their slumber, showed no signs of worry. Instead, their eyes shone as they burst into crazed laughter!

It was the laughter of joy after long suffering, filled with hatred for and farewell to their past miserable days.

They were going to leave this place, return to their homeland, and claim everything that was rightfully theirs.

"Finally... we can escape..."

"I don't want to stay in this godforsaken place for another second! You, over there! Just kill yourself and save me the trouble!"

These Demons, who had been through countless Blood Wars and killed numerous Angelic Mutants, were all hot-tempered and ferocious. They feared no challenge, feared no enemy. If anyone dared to stand in their way, they would simply kill them.

In their eyes, Tony's descent from the sky brought hope, not despair.

As for Tony himself?

The Demons were very generous, giving Tony the chance to commit suicide and allowing him to preserve his dignity.

Their leader was Azazel, a God! The entire Solar System was Azazel's backyard!

The Demons hadn't even considered the possibility of defeat.

"It seems I have to teach you outdated old dogs what it means to respect a higher lifeform..."

Tony found their arrogant words amusing.

"Have thousands of years washed the brains of you scum into idiocy?"

Tony sneered as he activated the power of the Eye of Agamotto. Even without using the Time Stone, the Eye of Agamotto itself was a powerful magical artifact.

"What did you say? Are you looking for death? I was going to give you a chance to kill yourself, but you didn't cherish it. When you get to Hell, don't forget that the one who killed you was Ni—"

The next second, Tony smashed the bragging fool to pieces, sending blood and flesh flying.

A large chunk of flesh and bone flew over to Azazel, who caught it and happily stuffed it into his mouth.

Crunch, crunch.

"Delicious..."

Azazel savored it with a sigh.

Since when had he started to find this disgusting, blood-soaked matter so delicious?

A speed-type Demon suddenly rushed forward, wanting to get into close combat to kill the Sorcerer.

But in a flash, while the Demon was still gloating, still eager to see Tony's head fly, his own neck was grabbed by Tony.

Crunch.

With a sound similar to chewing, the Demon's neck was snapped, and his corpse was casually tossed to the ground.

Tony killed several people in a row, his expression not changing in the slightest.

In his mind, the light of the Allspark was somewhat dim. It had burned furiously in the past to deal with Dormammu, an expenditure even more terrifying than when he had his initial Awakening, and it still hadn't fully recovered.

But it wasn't a major issue. His Demigod-level Soul could now perfectly bear the powerful Allspark. Though some of its energy was consumed, it could be replenished slowly.

Moreover, the Allspark's enhancement of Tony's body had never stopped. As Tony's own strength grew, the Allspark's Power was further unleashed and developed, providing even more astonishing feedback for his all-around evolution, reaching a terrifying level.

Tony's speed could easily break the sound barrier in less than a second; his strength had surpassed the one-hundred-ton threshold, exceeding the Hulk's normal power level!

Even the Hulk, who specialized in strength and was said to have no upper limit, only had a normal-state Power Level of one hundred tons!

Even without external aids like Magic or technology, Tony himself was an astonishingly powerful individual. Ordinary steel was a ridiculous toy in his hands, molded into various shapes like clay.

Bullets couldn't harm his body; only a Missile could damage Tony's skin if he took no defensive measures.

The current Tony was a weapon from head to toe.

What's more, he hadn't come alone. A buzzing sound grew from a distance, and the massive, terrifying Insecticons officially arrived, revealing their chilling forms to this Universe for the first time.
