Chapter 298

Chapter 290: You Don't Have to Say It

When the Insecticons appeared, Azazel was unconcerned.

His clone's memories told him that this was Tony's ability—creating Mechanical Soldiers.

But when Dormammu appeared, Azazel's expression changed somewhat.

No matter how the demonic warriors clamored, no matter how many people Tony killed, he didn't care, confident in himself.

But the moment the Dark Lord appeared, everything became uncertain.

"Tony, as the Sorcerer Supreme, you're actually cooperating with your mortal enemy, Dormammu!" Azazel roared, a muscle on his blood-red face twitching imperceptibly.

"Cooperating?" Tony once again pinned down a fearless Mutant, stomped down and broke their spine, and looked at Azazel with a strange gaze. "You're mistaken. This is my servant, not some collaborator."

The majestically descending Dormammu nearly took a nosedive in mid-air. He was extremely aggrieved, cursing endlessly in his heart.

Azazel's expression flickered. His cunning and opportunistic nature made him hesitate for a moment.

He was confident he could shake off or even kill Tony; as long as he reached the Space Portal, he could activate his Teleportation ability and escape. Even if Tony's power seemed to have skyrocketed. In just one short year, even if he had truly stepped into the Demigod level, his overall strength would be limited. He couldn't compare to a veteran Powerhouse like himself.

But with Dormammu's appearance, the situation became complicated. What made his heart sink even more was that a Powerhouse as proud as Dormammu actually didn't refute Tony's claim of him being a servant.

"It seems you were the biggest beneficiary of the great war a year ago..." Azazel took a deep breath. His clone's memory ended at that point—the pitiful clone had been kicked out by Tony to be used as a Shield, and was ultimately torn to shreds by the Power of Darkness.

His tall, burly figure slowly rose, just like a true demon from Hell. His sharp teeth and pointed horns, paired with a long tail, unmistakably showcased his demonic bloodline.

The X-Gene itself is a wondrous thing. When the Celestials modified humans, they undoubtedly added many strange and peculiar things: magical affinity, demonic bloodlines, angelic bloodlines...

And Azazel was the strongest demonic mutant born among humanity on Earth.

"Dormammu, a being as powerful as you, actually submitting to this human?" Azazel asked in a low voice.

Dormammu snorted coldly and couldn't be bothered to respond. That was his answer.

The great battle was now unavoidable.

Tony beckoned, and one hundred Insecticons flew over at high speed with a buzzing sound.

"Submit to me, and I will lead you out of this place and grant you a large territory to recuperate." Tony slowly pulled down his hood, looking coldly at the Demons who were gradually awakening, and said in a malicious tone, "You have no chance of winning. Submit to me, and I can give you everything you desire. Resist me, and you die."

"Don't even think about having Azazel help you escape. The entrance has already been sealed by a powerful magic formation. None of you will get away."

"Submit, or be destroyed!"

"I will also take every single one of your corpses back for research. The secrets of the demonic faction will be analyzed by me, piece by piece."

Tony sneered. With a thought, the Insecticons let out a piercing screech. Truly like insects, the metallic scraping sound of their wings rubbing together erupted, making one feel physically unwell, on the verge of vomiting.

A mere one hundred Insecticons brazenly charged into the midst of these Demons.

Even though their opponents outnumbered them several times over and were battle-hardened veterans, the Insecticons showed not the slightest fear.

Their sole purpose in creation was slaughter. They were forged to be the sharpest of blades, to cut down any enemy that stood in their way.

Screams rang out one after another. Many Demons discovered in horror that even when they struck with all their might, these Insecticons were completely unfazed and immediately dismembered them.

The Transformation Cogs also began to show their effect. In the span of a single second, they could complete the transformation from Humanoid Form to insect, or from insect to Humanoid Form.

The precise operation of every part, every bit of conscious exchange—all of it would be transmitted to the Transformation Cog. The Transformation Cog would then function like a human's "central nervous system," driving every part of the body to make minute changes.

Among Transformers, the Transformation Cog is an extremely precious component. Each Transformer only has one Transformation Cog. If it is damaged, they can no longer transform, unless an identical one is created using Cloning Technology.

Just like Bumblebee's Vocalizer, it is a precious organ.

These Insecticons were the most efficient killing machines.

Fearing no pain, fearing no losses, they could calculate countless combat routines every second. Even though their opponents were powerful ancient demonic mutants with seasoned experience, their strengths were uneven. Facing the invulnerable Insecticons who traded injury for injury, they were suppressed for a time.

On the other side, Tony also charged ferociously at Azazel.

Azazel also bared his slavering, sharp teeth and charged back tyrannically.

The two Level 5 Demigods collided like two meteors. Amidst the deafening explosion, air ripples spread out like waves on water, expanding outwards, sending vast amounts of sand, stone, and toxic substances flying, and even blasting several nearby Demons into pieces on the spot.

"How can this be? You're just a control-type Mutant, a Sorcerer from Kamar-Taj!!"

Azazel was clearly at a disadvantage, staggering back several meters from the impact. With each step, immense force was unloaded into the ground, leaving deep footprints in the sparse remaining soil.

His eyes were red as he felt the intense pain wracking his body, as if his very bones were creaking.

"How could you possibly contend with me!!!"

Azazel ground his teeth and hissed in a low voice, a dangerous glint in his eyes.

Tony said nothing. Grinning, he rubbed his shoulder, and in an instant, the pain eased and the strained muscle recovered.

"As expected... compared to magic, I much prefer beating people up with my fists..."

Hundred-Ton Class strength, a speed that breaks the sound barrier in a second, and a recovery speed comparable to Wolverine's.

The power of the Hulk, the speed of Quicksilver, the healing of Logan...

Perhaps when compared individually to the greatest strengths of these three, he fell slightly short. The Hulk's power has no upper limit, Quicksilver is dozens of times faster than sound, and Wolverine has his indestructible Adamantium skeleton.

But combining the advantages of these three was terrifying. If Tony's bones were just a little stronger, he'd be an unkillable freak.

And this was just his physical combat power alone.

Dormammu blocked the Space Portal, watching the battle from afar. He snorted coldly and muttered, "This freak... he's getting harder and harder to deal with..."

Tony strode forward, swinging his two thick arms, looking as if his entire body was full of openings. He said, "Azazel, I'll give you one last chance. Will you submit?"

Azazel's face was cold, the muscles at the corner of his mouth twitching. He felt a great sense of humiliation.

*We fucking just started fighting, and you already think you've got this in the bag?*

"I..."

"Alright, you don't have to say it." Tony suddenly cut Azazel off. "I've changed my mind. It's better to just kill you directly."
