Chapter 320

Chapter 312: Mephisto's Old Face

2022-10-19 Author: Great Demon Spirit

"Dear?"

Wanda, after her initial shock, looked at her lover with some worry.

"Kill him, I must kill him, no one will stop me..." Tony muttered in a low voice, as if possessed.

The dust, rising high, was like a jubilant, mocking cheer, slapping fiercely across Tony's face.

Indeed, one can never place trust in Constantine, because you never know what that scoundrel is truly up to.

Tony sighed, glanced at the others who were fighting in a messy tangle, then once again looked at the smug Mephisto, his gaze gradually turning cold.

"Speaking of which, your true body hasn't been killed by the Ancient One yet, huh..." Tony suddenly asked.

Mephisto's expression remained unchanged, but the hand clutching his Staff tightened slightly. However, he immediately realized this was inappropriate and quickly loosened his grip. "No one has ever entered Hell and left alive."

"Then the Ancient One will be the first. She never does anything without certainty. Since she went to Hell to kill you, she will definitely succeed. If she truly died, it must have been after you." Tony said with a cold laugh, "Mephisto, I just wonder if your true body dies, will your Clones disappear? Even if they don't, how many Clones do you have for me to kill? If I were you, I would find a quiet corner and hide."

"On Earth, your power isn't even as good as Blackheart's! Otherwise, you would have already slaughtered that idiotic son."

Tony made a decisive move. This time, he didn't use Mystic Energy. The power from the Allspark suddenly erupted, and a massive amount of Colorless Energy poured out like a surging river, sweeping towards Mephisto.

Like a Level Twelve storm, the century-old trees lining both sides of the road were directly uprooted by the sudden violent hurricane, lifting soil a hundred meters high, rushing towards the sky, and slowly scattering down.

Large branches crashed down but caused no harm to the superhumans present.

Allspark Energy is very powerful. In terms of obliterating life, it even far surpasses Divine Power and Magic Power, possessing lethal killing power against any life.

The Allspark can both create life and take it away. When Tony unhesitatingly wielded its life-stripping ability, it posed a huge threat to Mephisto's Clones.

Tony was even considering that after Cybertron was built, he would try to split the complete Allspark into two, leaving "creation" on Cybertron, with a Unique Item as the planetary Core, also providing an opportunity for Cybertron's future collective Ascension to Singularity.

As for "destruction," Tony would completely control and fuse it, using it as his trump card for conquering the Universe and his strongest weapon in desperate situations.

Of course, this was just a hypothesis. The difficulty of separating a Unique Item was imaginable, but considering that the Allspark itself leaned towards a generalized concept, it might actually be possible.

Allspark particles began to exert their power, surging towards Mephisto.

The Great Demon smiled, not even moving his body, but a vast demonic power emerged from within him, resisting the Annihilation Particles.

The power of the Contract closely linked Mephisto and Tony's Souls, especially restraining the latter's power.

According to the Contract, Tony should hand over his Soul to him.

Unfortunately, Tony was a stubborn rogue, having intended to break the Contract and deny it entirely from the very beginning.

Tony's expression was cold as he motioned Wanda to step back. He swiftly reached out, grabbing a small Portal that appeared out of thin air, and pulled out Mjolnir from it.

Mjolnir.

Mephisto's expression changed instantly, but he still maintained a smile.

"You think I'd use the Time Stone? Don't joke around, I won't give you a chance."

Tony grabbed Mjolnir, and the immense Spell burden that fed back was entirely blocked, Devoured, and analyzed by the Allspark.

The Allspark was originally the source of life, a treasury of knowledge, and a Unique Item, so it was not surprising that it could resist the powerful Spell cast by Odin.

He wouldn't use the Time Stone. Using the Power of Time to deal with a Unique Being? It wasn't impossible. Although the Time Stone couldn't directly destroy the opponent, a small-scale temporal regression was still achievable.

In the God's Domain, some Deities skilled in Time could significantly extend time, gradually wearing down the Souls of other Unique Beings.

But unfortunately, the Time Stone was ultimately just a certain power materialized within a single Universe. Looking across the Multiverse, countless Time Stones existed, so using a lower-tier Time Stone against Mephisto would be a futile effort.

Tony chose to use Mjolnir. Anyway, this thing was prepared by Odin for Thor, and Thor would take it back eventually. Tony didn't mind putting it to good use.

He didn't need precise control; a crude, brute-force method would suffice – to kill Mephisto with uncontrolled, violent Divine Power.

Tony swung Mjolnir vigorously, and a massive amount of volatile Divine Power erupted from Mjolnir like a volcano. The top-tier magical weapon from Asgard began to unleash its might in Tony's hands.

The brutal Divine Power burst forth, instantly engulfing a group of still-shouting Demons, directly shattering their powerful bodies into pieces. Foul blood flowed everywhere, filled with a putrid Aura.

Mephisto was both shocked and enraged, his expression turning ferocious. He had no choice but to use even stronger demonic power to resist. Even so, he was blasted away by the formidable Divine Power, and fierce Divine Lightning enveloped him, like a lightning rod attracting lightning.

"You cunning brat!" Mephisto roared.

The Divine Lightning containing Divine Power slowly dissipated, revealing his battered form and a damaged body.

"You can affect my Soul, but try affecting Odin's power?" Tony sneered.

What he had to do was simple: lift Mjolnir, swing Mjolnir, that's all.

This was the charm and power of Mjolnir. It was like a Divine Power hub itself. As long as someone could lift it and had the ability to swing it, it was equivalent to opening the hub and controlling the Divine Power within. Otherwise, how did those who first lifted Mjolnir use it perfectly?

In the Comic, Superman first lifted Mjolnir, instantly defeating a powerful enemy, the Divine Power in his hands like an obedient child.

Mephisto's face completely darkened. With Rage, the veins on his hand, gripping his half-broken Staff, bulged.

He felt that things had suddenly gone quite wrong.

The power of the Contract, he could clearly feel it, yet its manifestation wasn't very obvious, as if something was weakening the transmitted power of the Contract.

"What exactly... did the Ancient One teach you?" Mephisto ripped off his calm and gentle disguise, unable to maintain it any longer, his entire old face twisted.

This wasn't logical. Even his weak Clone should be able to wield the power of the Contract, yet he was helpless.

"Is it that thing called the Allspark? Or some kind of Spell?" Mephisto asked in a cold voice.

This Great Demon faintly felt that he had seemingly suffered a great loss.

But it didn't matter. Mephisto was cunning and sly, having deceived countless people. How could he possibly engage in a losing business? He, too, had helpers.

"You will die, I will draw out your Soul, torture you with Hellfire, and I will not spare your companions!" Mephisto's tone was sinister and chilling. He snorted.

"Loki, I've done everything that needed to be done. It's your turn. Use your Destroyer Armor!"
