Chapter 326: The End of the Ancient One's Era

2022-10-19 Author: Great Demon Spirit

The moment the voice fell, a chill flashed in "Tony's" eyes. His gaunt body abruptly exerted force. An all-devouring blackness tore through the fetters of Space-Time, unleashing a vast domain of nothingness where everything was utterly annihilated. Within this void, not even a single Energy Particle remained.

Many Multiverse-Level Beings would be incapable of achieving such a feat.

But this Tony did it with ease. Or rather, he effortlessly used the mysterious substance in his hand, accomplishing it with a simple wave.

The Ancient One's expression turned solemn. Her body trembled slightly as a dazzling Magic Power, unprecedented in its intensity, erupted and enveloped her. The surging Energy was unleashed to its absolute limit. Even on the Ancient One's face, terrifying blue veins bulged as capillaries uncontrollably burst, seeping blood onto her skin.

The Ancient One drew upon the power of every single cell. In this indescribable moment, countless nuclei collapsed, unable to withstand the immense strain. All of her energy was extracted and concentrated.

She was like a miserly beggar, treasuring every insignificant part of herself, striving to give her all to obtain the greatest possible Power.

Even the tiniest bit of Power might make a difference at a critical moment.

The Ancient One's body immediately withered. Countless cells died and collapsed, transforming into raw energy for her to extract. The very core of her physical being, her Gene Chain, also began to break down, as large numbers of Ancient Genetic Factors uncontrollably disintegrated.

It could be said that even if the Ancient One were to win this battle, she would not be far from Death's door.

She was, after all, a Sorcerer who fought with Magic Power. But by recklessly draining her physical energy to its absolute limit, she was also bringing her body to its end.

Along with her body, her Soul also began to shrink rapidly. Even the dissipating power of her Soul was drawn out by the miserly Ancient One. From her body to her Soul, everything was beginning to disintegrate.

The Ancient One was, in the end, a Sorcerer Supreme who relied on Magic Power for combat, not a being like Doomsday or the Hulk who could violate the law of conservation of energy and generate cellular energy from nothing.

"Interesting. So decisive?" Tony grinned, revealing a strange smile. He seemed somewhat excited.

When the two energies collided, there was no earth-shattering sound. Instead, the world fell silent. The two powers intertwined and ultimately collapsed together. This was a collapse on a fundamental level, like a massive void suddenly appearing within the whole of Hell.

The aftershocks of energy gradually dissipated, and the Black Light quietly vanished. What remained, pervading all of Space-Time, was the Ancient One's Magic Power, which scattered aimlessly as if it had lost its core.

If one were to observe directly from the Microscopic World, they would be shocked to see that every particle of Magic Power had been fused with the Black Light, becoming sluggish, numb, and devoid of vitality.

Every particle ceased to function. Like zombies, it was as if some supreme power had forced them into a rigid state, destined to remain that way for eternity.

"Impressive. You actually managed to block that attack. I suppose I should expect nothing less from the Sorcerer Supreme of the Main Universe," Tony praised. "There was another Ancient One before, whom I instant-killed."

The Ancient One appeared amidst the scattered, free-floating Magic Power. Her entire frame had shrunk; she was nothing but skin and bones, each of her White Bones visible to the naked eye.

In fact, every one of her bones had been drained of energy. Most had lost the strength to support her frame; a mere touch would be enough to shatter them into dust.

For the first time, the Ancient One, whose might shook the Universe, had been reduced to such a state.

And it would also be the last.

"Any regrets? If you had just stayed obediently in your world, I wouldn't have been interested in killing you," Tony sneered.

"That would only have been a matter of time," the Ancient One said with great effort, her voice like that of a talking skeleton. "As long as the real Tony is alive, you would have sought him out sooner or later. Otherwise, all your hard work would have been for nothing. Don't think I don't know that you once stayed in the Main Universe for a very long time."

Tony looked at the Ancient One for a moment before lowering his head again. "As you said, that was in the past. I even secretly helped that guy clean up a lot of trash, protecting him for a while, you could say."

He narrowed his eyes, reminiscing.

A sleazy and shameless Slim, so carefree... He had originally planned to put on a disguise, but an unexpected turn of events made such an act unnecessary.

That was all in the past. He had already obtained the thing that could change everything.

He clenched his right fist, and the Black Light erupted once more. This time, the explosive power was terrifying. The area covered by the Black Light reached a diameter of one hundred thousand light-years!

One hundred thousand light-years!

An area equivalent to a galaxy was enveloped by the all-devouring Black Light in the blink of an eye. This was a terrifying feat. The higher the level of power, the more difficult it is to wield. Yet in the hands of this strange Tony, who looked for all the world like an Ordinary Human, lay the power to destroy everything with ease.

At this moment, the Ancient One seemed incomparably small and fragile. From the outside, no trace of her could be seen; she was completely enveloped at the heart of the Black Light.

Perhaps it was an illusion, but for a fleeting instant, a fluctuation of Magic Power could still be felt before it was immediately devoured and erased by the blackness.

It was a bizarre scene. Within a span of one hundred thousand light-years, absolutely everything was annihilated—of course, in the context of Hell, a mere one hundred thousand light-years was a laughable distance.

In the Universe, calling the Milky Way Galaxy a drop in the ocean would be an overstatement.

Even using an area the size of an entire Universe as a comparison to Hell would be utterly ridiculous.

Hell's vastness was beyond imagination.

The Sorcerer Supreme, the Ancient One, had fallen in Hell.

To the people of the Main Universe, the Ancient One's death was silent and unknown. The great Guardian, whose might shook the Universe and the Cosmos, who had slaughtered countless invaders from Other Dimensions and liberated Humanity from the enslavement of various pantheons, had quietly perished here.

The vast Black Light enveloped her, leaving no trace of her final expression or her last words.

She had indeed obtained the information she sought, confirming certain horrifying truths.

Unfortunately, perhaps even the Ancient One herself hadn't anticipated just how terrifying this "Tony" was, for he left her not even a chance to escape.

Or perhaps she had, and still chose to come.

"Tony" watched with boredom for a moment before lowering his head again, gazing with infatuation at the substance in his hand. This was the source of his Power, the greatest asset that had allowed him to build his reputation and rampage across the Multiverse.

Obtaining this thing had cost him immense effort. To acquire it, he had desperately plotted from the very beginning, setting up countless contingencies. Even so, the path was fraught with setbacks, and he himself had nearly died on more than one occasion.

But thankfully, he was the one who had the last laugh. He now held the ultimate artifact capable of overturning everything.

"This is just the beginning. I still need to gather one more thing, and then everything will be complete. The Omni-Sphere World, the Sphere of the Gods—all of it will be within my control."

Suddenly, this Tony seemed to remember something. He shook his head in realization and patted his forehead, as if he had forgotten something important.

"Oh dear, I forgot to tell that old woman... Ah well, she's dead anyway."

Tony muttered to himself, his face a mask of false regret.

"Oh, Ancient One, there's one thing you got wrong. This 'real Tony' you mentioned... The guy in the Main Universe, he's the fake. From beginning to end, I am the real Tony..."
