Chapter 520

Chapter 507 Anti-Superman Armor

"Jarvis, search for survivors and deploy the Iron Legion. Hey, you mages over there, prioritize rescuing civilians."

Tony said quickly, then, in a fit of rage, charged directly at Cyborg Superman, violently sending him flying.

Stephen said quickly, "Wong, Nicodemus, go rescue the civilians. Be fast, there are still many survivors. Transfer them directly to a safe place. I'll go fight the enemy and try to pull him, along with that Warworld above, into the Mirror Dimension."

"Are you a fan of Superman, you bastard? Your appearance, aside from the wrong colors, is a carbon copy of the big guy. But the shit you've done, you son of a bitch, has nothing to do with Superman," Tony cursed.

The two iron men smashed into each other with a tremendous crash. Cyborg Superman was sent flying by Iron Man, then viciously tackled and subjected to a powerful energy cannon attack.

Iron Man, with all his firepower unleashed, even fired a beam from the energy port on his chest.

Stephen directly used powerful magic for a long-range attack. A violently vibrating stream of energy slammed head-on into Cyborg Superman's skull.

"Get lost!"

Cyborg Superman roared, withstanding the energy cannon and magic. His electronic eyes flickered, and a cacophony of mechanical sounds emanated from his indestructible metal body. Then, he rapidly appeared before Iron Man and sent him flying with a single punch.

With a clang, a force of several million tons smashed into the iron armor, causing severe damage on the spot. Large sections of metal shattered, unable to withstand the power, revealing the internal structure amidst blinding sparks.

Although Cyborg Superman had lost the ability to grow stronger by absorbing sunlight, in some ways, he had now become even more terrifying.

His weakness to magic was also erased, as all that remained of his flesh and blood was a tiny bit in his right eye.

From the sky, more than thirty iron armors of different models flew in, leaving trails of sparks in the air as they lined up in a neat row.

"Sir, the Iron Legion is in position. Should they attack the enemy?" Jarvis asked.

"No, save people. Prioritize rescuing civilians. Get me a new suit. I'll find a way to hold him off."

Tony stood up from the pile of rubble, instinctively touching the damaged area on his chest as cold sweat beaded on his forehead. He tilted his head, muttered a curse, and then said in a deep voice:

"Jarvis, a regular armor can't stop this guy at all."

"Understood, Sir. Activating the Anti-Superman Armor," Jarvis said. "I must remind you, the Anti-Superman Armor's development is not yet complete. It might..."

"That's enough, Jarvis. In this situation, there's no better choice," Tony said decisively.

The Anti-Superman Armor was a super-suit developed by Tony specifically to deal with powerful enemies like Superman. Tony always harbored a certain anxiety, worrying that people on the level of Superman or Tony might suddenly go berserk.

And so, the Anti-Superman Armor was born. Its existence was originally a secret, but under the current circumstances, he had to take the risk.

The moment Tony finished speaking, a slightly larger suit of armor flew down, attaching itself to him. The old armor detached on the spot, and the brand-new suit was revealed to the world for the first time, encasing Tony.

This was a blood-red suit of armor, two and a half meters tall, constructed from a new composite material with large amounts of Adamantium and Vibranium incorporated. It even had an 'S' symbol carved into its chest—the flashy Tony didn't like to hide things.

The armor swap was completed in an instant, and an Iron Man clad in the brand-new suit appeared.

He was more massive, more powerful. It had a stronger power system, all-new energy conduits, more efficient output, an outer shell capable of withstanding million-ton impacts, internal components that were dozens of times more complex, and deep-level processing that reached the atomic level.

"My Carol—" A voice like that of a wounded beast cried out. Tony turned his head and saw a man drenched in blood wailing like an animal not far away.

"Jarvis, rescue the survivors immediately. Save as many as you can." Tony averted his gaze and looked at the approaching Cyborg Superman, then lunged forward viciously.

The two iron men clashed once again. This time, Tony barely managed to hold his own, but the occasional eruption of sparks indicated his situation was far from optimistic.

Defeat was only a matter of time.

Stephen periodically attacked with powerful magic, but for Cyborg Superman, while it was an added nuisance, it really didn't amount to much.

Stephen tried to use a portal to dismember Cyborg Superman, but each time, Cyborg Superman managed to dodge in time.

Tony was essentially fighting an enhanced version of Clark. The enemy felt no fatigue, no pain—only endless madness and hatred.

"Where is Kal!" Cyborg Superman roared again and again like a madman. With every punch and kick, he unleashed several million tons of force, making it extremely difficult for Tony to defend himself.

"You're looking for Superman? You've come to the wrong place; he's not here. But you are going to stay here forever."

Tony taunted as he fired a blast that hit Cyborg Superman's leg. He then grabbed him and flew into the sky, attempting to carry him away.

But Cyborg Superman simply grabbed Tony's arm, slammed him violently back toward the ground, and immediately pounced, hammering Tony with punch after punch.

With every punch, the electronic screen in Tony's field of vision blurred.

More and more people rushed to the battlefield. Other nearby members of the Avengers arrived, and Captain America asked over his comms, "Tony, what's the situation? Who's the enemy?"

"An outsider. Seems to be looking for revenge on Superman. Probably more of that Kryptonian crap. First, there was Zod. Luckily, we had Tony back then and took care of him with almost no losses."

"But what about now? We don't have our Guardian anymore—oh, it's not that the other mages are bad, they're just not as reliable as Tony."

Tony grumbled.

Stephen remained silent, his eyes bloodshot. He raised his hands high, preparing to use the Mirror Dimension to pull in the enemy, along with the entire Warworld.

This was an incredibly difficult undertaking. The magic of the Mirror Dimension itself was extremely obscure and complex. Even Tony hadn't mastered it skillfully, and even if his own magical aptitude far surpassed Tony's, he still couldn't transfer the entire Warworld into the Mirror Dimension in an instant.

It would take time.

BOOM!

A swift figure slammed into them, sending Cyborg Superman flying just as Tony's armor was damaged once again.

A red cape fluttered in the wind, and a blue battlesuit highlighted his powerful, muscular physique.

Superman had arrived. He had just returned from a trip to Gotham City, where he'd had a less-than-pleasant conversation with Batman. He rushed over the moment he discovered what was happening in Coast City.

The horrific scene in Coast City enraged the normally gentle Clark. He gritted his teeth and mercilessly attacked this being who looked so much like him, like a mechanical version of himself.

Scorching heat vision blasted directly into Cyborg Superman, pinning him to the ground. Yet, the terrifyingly high temperature only blackened the surface of his body, leaving him virtually unharmed.

"Kal! You despicable bastard, you're finally here!"

Cyborg Superman's expression was one of joyous surprise, while resentment gnawed at his heart like a viper, devouring the last vestiges of his sanity.

Clark frowned deeply, his eyes filled with fury. Suppressing his rage, he asked in a low voice, "Who are you?"
