Chapter 589: Cosmic God (1)
In this universe, which was collapsing step by step, all preparations were complete.
On a desolate planet, massive sandstorms were constantly being generated.
Underground, large numbers of Transformers came and went, and countless streams of data were being transmitted.
The moment Tony arrived on this planet, he analyzed all the data. Countless pieces of knowledge and records were memorized by Tony, and innumerable genetic templates entered his mind.
An extremely brutal war had erupted in this universe. Four different forms of Doomsday fought and killed each other, and some mad scientists had even used the Doomsday Virus to conduct brand-new research and development.
The changing situation across the entire universe had long been collected by the Transformers, who observed impassively from the shadows. Along with this intelligence, a large number of Doomsday corpses were also collected.
Every minute and every second, new forms of Doomsday were born. Although they were only slightly different from the prototype, their diversity still held immense reference value.
In this universe, the one thing there was no shortage of was corpses.
Tony accepted the results and departed silently, transforming into a streak of white light that shot into the cosmos. He then sat quietly upon the Mobius Chair.
"Invincible Dragon, our mission is complete. All that's left is to wait for the results," Optimus Primal said in a low voice to the big guy beside him, having reverted to his gorilla form.
Invincible Dragon maintained his humanoid battle form. Traces of a Tyrannosaurus Rex's shape could be faintly seen on some parts of his body. A strange luster flowed across his purple metal body.
"Our mission is never complete, monkey. I have a premonition that Primus will not abandon this universe."
Invincible Dragon said, watching the white light disappear over the horizon.
Optimus Primal gave a noncommittal nod and didn't say much more.
The next second, a brilliant streak of white light shot forth, engulfing them completely and teleporting them to the Prime Universe.
A great war was about to erupt in this universe, making it unsuitable for them to remain.
Tony sat on the chair, personally experiencing the past events of this universe. Combining this with the research results from the Maximals and Predacons, countless thoughts surfaced, only to be dismissed.
"Creating an Ancient Doomsday is truly difficult..." Tony thought for a moment, shaking his head helplessly. His deep pupils narrowed slightly.
The difficulty of creating another Ancient Doomsday was immense. However, once he ascended to a Level Seven Deity, he would have more confidence—not confidence in succeeding, but confidence in being able to control it perfectly.
If he created an uncontrollable monster, that would be a true tragedy.
In the darkness, points of starlight flickered, transforming into massive meteors that flew toward even more distant worlds.
Tony observed quietly. The melody of war and peace was the eternal theme of every universe. He watched countless Doomsdays slaughter each other, and he watched countless people live peaceful lives.
He also saw, on Earth, the Red Lantern Hulk, as motionless as a silent mountain range.
"It's about to begin..."
Tony took a deep breath, a trace of indifference in his eyes. He gripped the Mobius Chair tightly. His powerful body was indestructible, his singular willpower, unparalleled.
This step had to be taken. He couldn't remain stuck at the demigod level for the rest of his life.
The next time a few powerful enemies appeared, Tony wouldn't even know how he died. Relying on external forces and clever tricks to survive universe-level disasters could only allow one to scrape by for so long.
Relying on external forces once or twice was fine, but doing it too often would eventually lead to a dead end.
That included the Mobius Chair he sat upon—it too was an external force.
"There are many people standing behind me, all watching me..." Tony opened his hand and stared at it for a moment. "I will become... a god!"
"I will become a supreme and exalted god!"
"I will become the ultimate being of a certain source, the end of all things!"
An esoteric aura began to rapidly awaken. Then, like the prelude to a tsunami about to erupt, calm waves rolled one after another, their levels continuously stacking and their essence constantly elevating.
It was as if a being that had slept for a very, very long time had finally reached the moment of its awakening. It was slowly opening its eyes.
A massive pillar of light erupted from within Tony's body, enveloping him, illuminating him, and radiating out in all directions.
The entire Nirvana Universe was rocked by a massive tremor, followed by continuous, unending trembling, as if it were gestating something... and fearing something.
This powerful light split into countless beams. As if alive, they whistled and rejoiced, shattering the universe's barrier. They crossed easily and nimbly into the Blood Realm and began to spread out toward innumerable other universes.
The endless light continuously intensified, illuminating all that was unknown and dark!
The entire Multiverse came to a sudden halt, as if confused, lost, and hesitant.
Countless ancient deities were abruptly roused from their deep slumber, their faces showing expressions of utter confusion.
"This unfamiliar aura... has the true body of some newly awakened deity arrived in the Multiverse? But shouldn't the Speed Force Wall have blocked him? I didn't detect any fluctuations of the Speed Force Wall engaging in battle with a deity..."
"A completely unfamiliar willpower, and it's emanating from the depths of the Multiverse... this is completely illogical..."
"A Singular God is about to be born?! How is this possible!! For countless epochs, countless reboots, countless destructions, and countless changes of eras, not a single singularity has ever emerged! How could this era possibly..."
"The point is, it's too sudden! We had no warning whatsoever! This is simply impossible!!"
"It makes no sense at all! The growth trajectory of a singularity should be filled with miracles and eternity! Before his ascension, his great name should have been known to us, it should have resounded throughout the Sphere of the Gods! But this one... is a complete unknown!!!"
"How did he do it?! How could he possibly have hidden his existence from us!"
"Damn it, I was planning to make a push before the end of this reboot! Maybe I would have been the next to find the secret of the singularity and ascend to become a Singular God! Dammit...!"
"It's over, my hope is gone. What exactly is the secret of the singularity? To this day, I've only found the method to become a Quasi-Unique. I have no clue about the true singularity..."
"Find him and kill him! It's not too late!"
"Kill him, study him, and seize the secret of the singularity!"
"According to fragments of information from the ancient deities of the Sphere of the Gods, the method of ascending to a singularity is not singular. However, each method can only ever be used... once!"
"As time flows on and the ancient glory fades, Singular Gods will only become rarer. How many years has it been since a Singular God has appeared?! It's been countless! This is intolerable! For all I know, this opportunity was originally mine to grasp! It was just intercepted by some thief!"
"That's right, it should have been me! A multiversal being who doesn't even dare to show his face or speak his name and just rushes his ascension... He's nothing but a despicable thief! With that kind of bearing and courage, what right does he have to master the secret of the singularity! He's not worthy! I am!"
