Chapter 652

# Chapter 637: Brainiac, the Internet, Ultron, Brainiac

2022-10-19 Author: Great Demon Spirit

This was a very strange woman. The cook only confirmed this after observing her for a long time.

This woman, or rather, girl, named Kara, was like someone who had just emerged from the depths of the mountains, completely ignorant of everything on New Krypton.

"You're a High-Level Gene? Don't say such things outside. Just for saying that, you'd be sent to a Military Tribunal. Kryptonians these days no longer have any High-Level or Low-Tier distinctions..."

"Genesis Chamber? That thing has been sealed for many years. Now Kryptonians reproduce through Natural Childbirth."

The cook casually brushed off Kara's excited questions, secretly reporting this suspicious woman. Naturally, specialized personnel would handle it.

Anyone daring to cause trouble on New Krypton would have three-meter-high grass on their grave. He wasn't worried at all. Everyone on this planet was Superman, ready to smash anyone foolish enough to cause trouble.

Then, he impatiently sent Kara away, putting on a ferocious smile to greet the true gourmets.

...

"Another muddle-headed one. Supergirl is nominally over thirty years old, but her life experience is still stuck in her teens."

Tony retracted his gaze, his eyes reflecting scenes of Supergirl stirring up trouble all over New Krypton. He thought about it for a moment, then cast it aside.

Kryptonians coming to New Krypton was no problem, and he didn't believe a mere Supergirl could truly do anything, even if Supergirl's Combat Power was stronger than Superman's.

Supergirl Kara Zor-El, at the age of 13, was sent away by her parents on the eve of Krypton's destruction, only to be unluckily trapped in the Phantom Zone for 24 years.

Kara's actual Combat Power surpassed that of her cousin, Superman—of course, that's Base Form Superman. The Superman on Earth had been injected with Doomsday cells by Tony, causing his Combat Power to skyrocket, so defeating the current Kara was no problem.

"That Spaceship's Artificial Intelligence was tampered with, specifically sending Kara to New Krypton..."

Tony wore an indifferent expression.

There were only a few who could cause trouble: H'el, Brainiac, and the Kryptonian God, Rao.

Including Kara, they were all loyal followers of the Kryptonian Gods, so for Rao to subtly influence them was almost effortless.

Thinking carefully, the appearance of New Krypton must have been beyond Rao's expectations, and these Kryptonians were even under the command of the New Gods.

Honestly, even if Rao really came, Tony wouldn't care one bit. He'd just crush him with a slap. This scientist Deity who toyed with his Constructs, if he dared to provoke Tony, Tony would be very happy to send him to his death.

Tony's gaze instantly crossed countless hidden Dimensions, but he found no information about Rao. Tony silently took note of this matter and observed with cold eyes.

...

When Kara arrived on Cybertron, at one end of the Universe, H'el finally let out a sigh of relief, muttering respectfully to the empty air.

"Great Rao, your light is omnipresent. Thank you for giving me life and wisdom. I will loyally follow your instructions."

After a long while, H'el slowly stood up.

Behind him, a green humanoid robot watched H'el's back with a mocking expression. The moment H'el turned around, the mockery vanished, replaced by a peaceful demeanor.

"What instructions did the Deity give you this time?" the robot asked.

H'el's face was filled with reverence: "Rao told me to go to Earth and pay attention to the Kryptonian Survivors there."

"Earth, huh... I know that place. The New Gods emerged from there. It's a planet shrouded in mystery and unknowns. Are you sure you're not going to your death?"

The robot smacked its lips in a human-like manner, its head connected to numerous data conduits, constantly receiving a massive flow of information.

H'el's face turned gloomy and violent: "Brainiac, watch your tone! These are instructions from the Deity!"

Whenever the Deity was mentioned, H'el's face filled with worship and reverence.

The mocking expression on Brainiac's face was almost impossible to suppress.

As the strongest Intelligent Lifeform before Krypton's destruction, Brainiac knew H'el, Jor-El's successor, better than anyone. From a scientific research perspective, H'el was extremely excellent, and in the future, he might even rival Jor-El.

But not long ago, this guy seemed to have gone mad, chanting "Rao above all," constantly kneeling and bowing to the air, instantly completing the Transformation from a great scientist to a fanatical believer.

Brainiac analyzed tens of thousands of possibilities, concluding that H'el had been set up. Someone skilled in Telepathy had controlled H'el to find it, intending to carry out some scheme.

As for Rao or whatever... Brainiac didn't believe a word of that nonsense.

In the perception of ordinary Kryptonians, Rao was a Sun God from a mythical story—even if some firmly believed Rao truly existed, they were a tiny minority.

Brainiac looked at H'el, or rather, the mysterious Being behind H'el, with extreme seriousness.

"Great Rao said to take you with me to Earth," H'el said solemnly.

"No. There's nothing on Earth worth collecting."

Brainiac flat-out refused. Only a fool would go to Earth. Reliable information indicated that the New Gods were bad-tempered, having killed countless Beings along the way, even many from the Outer Universe had perished.

Going to the New Gods' home to cause trouble would most likely result in death.

Brainiac valued its life greatly and was very "timid"—in its programming, timid Life Forms lived longer. Otherwise, when it detected Krypton's impending doom, it wouldn't have just slipped away with all of Krypton's technological data without even a warning.

"The Consciousness AI Jor-El left on the Earth Spaceship died. Otherwise, he should have sent me a signal three months ago, guiding me to Earth," H'el said gravely.

Brainiac sneered: "I don't care what information Jor-El left you, nor do I care what happened to his Consciousness on Earth. That has nothing to do with me. My programming tells me never to entrust the future to a dead person. My connection with Krypton was severed long ago, from the moment I left before Krypton's Destruction. Everything about Krypton has no bearing on me."

H'el's expression turned sinister as he glared at the green robot before him, his gaze terrifyingly fierce.

However, for an Artificial Intelligence like Brainiac, the gaze of an Intelligent Lifeform was the least harmful.

"How long do you think you can hide it?" H'el suddenly laughed, his voice sharp, like a crow's.

"What?"

"Brainiac! How long do you think you can hide it?!"

H'el raised his voice, his expression gloomy.

"The Brainiac of Krypton, the internet of Earth, they are all you! I suspect that Mainframe Ultron of the Cybertron Galaxy is just a sub-program of yours!"

Brainiac paused, countless data streams surging through its large green head. After a moment, it said, "Did Rao tell you this too?"

H'el pointed to his own brain, a cold sneer on his face.
