Chapter 460: Doomsday Arrives
A few hours ago.
The Dark Dimension, one of the most vast and expansive top-tier dimensions in the Prime Universe, held a very high status.
Dormammu, the ruler of the Dark Dimension, had grown rather smug ever since defeating Trigon.
That was until, after the war, he followed Tony's trail all the way to Nowhere.
And then, it seemed, he had triggered something terrible.
In the end, he was thrashed by a reawakened Tony and lost a Clone. Now, the entire Universe was abuzz with controversy about him, leaving Dormammu utterly dejected.
"If only I had acted sooner. At worst, I would have just offended the Elders of the Universe to destroy Nowhere," Dormammu muttered, regretting it immensely.
"If I had acted sooner, I could have killed Tony while he was severely injured... No, not kill him. I would Enslave him and make him my Slave!"
Dormammu thought with relish.
That unbearable memory had long since become an eternal sore spot in Lord Dormammu's heart.
He, the great Dormammu, had actually been enslaved by a weakling like Tony!
"He only managed to become a Demigod by absorbing the Power I had accumulated! He's the most despicable and shameless thief! The entire Universe has been deceived by his glamorous facade! Lord Dormammu should expose his hypocritical nature to the entire Universe and let him experience my suffering."
Dormammu muttered viciously.
On a decaying planet not far from him, a group of people was bustling with activity.
This was a rare sight. Living people in the Dark Dimension? Logically, besides Dormammu and some of his servants, there should never have been so many living beings here.
And they were all living together on a single planet.
Although the planet was somewhat dilapidated, it was indeed the best one in the entire Dark Dimension.
Zach, as the new Leader of the Ancient Demonic Mutants, was directing his Fellow Mutants in the construction of a giant sculpture.
It was a sculpture of Lord Dormammu.
Because Zach, who wasn't particularly strong but possessed high emotional intelligence, had keenly perceived Dormammu's preferences and resolutely decided to undertake this massive project.
They had nothing better to do anyway, and they were already very content just to be able to survive in the Dark Dimension.
In the past two years, many new babies had been born, which made these survivors feel as if they'd been injected with adrenaline.
Back when Azazel was still around, they had holed up in a certain Pocket Dimension within the Solar System, struggling to survive.
That was until Tony stormed in, killed Azazel's main body, and then threw these survivors onto a planet in the Dark Dimension.
"Peaceful, tranquil, wonderful"—this was their assessment of the Dark Dimension.
A harsh environment? No, life in the Pocket Dimension was what you called harsh. This place, beneath their feet, was Heaven.
Zach had no great ambitions; he was already quite content.
Even after Dormammu regained control of the Dark Dimension, he hadn't done anything to them—or rather, he might have wanted to but was wary of something, and ultimately refrained.
Thus, they were lucky enough to have survived to this day.
The peaceful Dark Dimension was the place they had always dreamed of, and they treated Dormammu with a hundredfold enthusiasm, even though Dormammu couldn't be bothered with them.
He hated having people living in his world. He also hated Zach and his group of little ants, but after a while, he grew indifferent.
He had no interest in constantly watching a bunch of ants.
Everything was the same as always, no different, until a deafening boom echoed out.
The Mutants stopped their work and looked up in confusion.
Dormammu's eyes snapped open. His tyrannical gaze revealed ferocity and a long-awaited excitement.
"Tony, I know it's you! You won't succeed this time! Lord Dormammu will completely extinguish your hopes!"
Dormammu bellowed, as if he had been waiting for a long time.
He had been waiting for Tony—he had no choice. If he took the initiative to attack, the Clones he created had limited strength and were no match for Tony at all.
Only within the Dark Dimension was he a Level Seven Deity. With the Dark Dimension, comparable in scale to a universe, as his backing, he could wear down any invader to death.
As for last time... well, that was an accident.
Yes, he had fallen for that despicable villain Tony's treacherous scheme.
This time, Lord Dormammu will avenge this humiliation!!!
"Tony, watch how I Enslave you! You will become my Slave!" Dormammu rose ferociously. His planet-sized body moved, carrying a hint of anger, a trace of apprehension, a touch of wild abandon, and... a barely perceptible trace of nervousness.
He knew that when Tony truly charged in, it meant Tony was confident of victory.
His enormous body rushed toward the intruder, crossing countless light-years in an instant to arrive at the location.
"Die, you ant!... Who the fuck are you?"
Dormammu abruptly halted his massive body, and the giant hurricane he had generated also paused. With cold eyes, he looked down condescendingly at the shorty.
A five-meter-tall, bizarrely shaped shorty.
Its body was covered with several inverted Bone Spurs.
"So it's not Tony..."
Lord Dormammu breathed a huge sigh of relief. He was a little disappointed, but also somewhat relieved, and couldn't help but look coldly at this little thing.
Bizarrely shaped. Probably the failed genetic product of some civilization.
It was just that... it looked a bit familiar...
The shorty raised its head. Its flat face showed no change in emotion. The Bone Spurs covering its entire body, the murky skin visible between them, and the keratinous layer covering that skin all added to its savage appearance.
At five meters tall, it was minuscule before Dormammu, but the savage Aura emanating from its body gradually caused the entire Dark Dimension to tremble.
It was as if its mere presence there made it a supreme God, one who could easily destroy the sum of countless universes.
In fact, it could indeed do so.
"ROAR!!!"
The Monster moved. It let out a roar filled with endless savagery and madness, and leaped. Even Dormammu couldn't see its trajectory.
Its explosive muscles bulged grotesquely in an instant. The surrounding space couldn't help but let out a piercing wail as it rapidly collapsed into Annihilation, revealing the Void.
The free-floating particles in the air silently disintegrated. Molecules, Atoms, electrons, and other particles were shattered the moment the Monster moved.
It was five meters tall, yet in that instant, it was as if it were a Deity looking down on Dormammu... a Deity that symbolized destruction and despair!
The entire Dark Dimension instantly imploded, rapidly disintegrating before this Power!
Dormammu's massive, planet-sized body was shattered into countless particles by a single punch. Immediately after, an indescribably terrifying Power seemed to spread, annihilating even those fine particles.
Faintly, Dormammu let out a blood-curdling shriek filled with extreme terror. The scream was cut off halfway and then vanished.
He had recognized it. He knew who this thing was.
That Aura, even more terrifying than Trigon's, had told Dormammu the identity of this visitor from the Outer Universe.
