Chapter 535

The members of the Black Order looked grim. The power of the Cybertronian system had far exceeded their imagination.

Ebony Maw's expression was uncertain; he suddenly regretted following Corvus Glaive to attack Cybertron. If he had known, he would have found an excuse to leave.

He was the most cunning and the one who cherished his life the most. If possible, he would gladly sabotage the other four brainless idiots and become the leader himself.

In reality, however, his strength wasn't that great, and he was kept firmly in check.

Corvus Glaive had the power to kill him.

Ebony Maw shut his mouth tightly, his eyes darting back and forth as a crafty glint flickered within them, his thoughts unreadable.

All five core members of the Black Order were lost in their own little schemes. Since boarding the spaceship, Nebula had remained silent, not uttering a single word. She watched the group's actions with cold eyes, but a hint of anticipation could be seen in her shifting gaze.

The spaceship arrived before another satellite.

Corvus Glaive sneered, "Although I don't know where Tony recruited those demigods from, they are ultimately an external force. As long as we kill Tony, our mission will be complete."

"This time, I will directly deploy three million Outriders. I will bathe everything standing in our way in blood."

The spaceship's bay doors opened. Thirty steles plummeted downwards as three million Outriders stirred restlessly, ready for the slaughter.

"I refuse to believe this satellite is also guarded by demigod-level powerhouses! Demigods can't be this common!"

Corvus Glaive stood with his fists clenched, then immediately relaxed them, his expression savage and sinister.

Even their own Black Order, and even Thanos himself, was composed of mere demigods. Although their strengths varied, none had surpassed the demigod realm.

The Black Order certainly had reason to be arrogant, because every single one of them was a terrifying demigod.

In the comics, Corvus Glaive pummeled Thor, single-handedly massacred the X-Men, including Jean, and impaled Wolverine. He was even capable of declaring himself king and rivaling Thanos.

Proxima Midnight alone easily conquered the vast Atlantis, and even Aquaman knelt before her.

Ebony Maw was the scheming advisor who mentally and spiritually controlled Doctor Strange to monitor Earth's supreme organization, the Illuminati. He had even nearly played Thanos to death.

As for Black Dwarf... despite being the strongest and most imposing, he was actually the one with the lowest intelligence and the weakest in combat, serving as Ebony Maw's lackey. But even he was a demigod. In the original story, he was killed by Accuser Ronan, his head smashed by a hammer.

And the final member, Supergiant, could be understood as an enhanced version of Professor X. She single-handedly took down the Inhumans.

The Black Order, whose might shook the universe, were all demigods who rampaged across the cosmos unopposed. It was no exaggeration to say that any two of them could have subjected Earth to a bloodbath. In fact, in the comics, that was precisely what they did.

And now, although they had suffered a setback on Cybertron, it was merely a setback. It wasn't enough to quell the arrogance in their hearts. If not for their apprehension toward Tony, they would have swarmed forward and slaughtered everyone blocking their path long ago.

To be honest, Corvus Glaive was feeling incredibly frustrated. His killing intent surged, and he desperately wished he could go on a murderous rampage to vent his pent-up anger.

He could let Warworld slide; it was a legacy left behind by the tyrant Mongul, plundered by Tony.

But on that insignificant little satellite, there were actually the auras of two demigods, as well as another powerhouse approaching the demigod level.

"I, Corvus Glaive, refuse to believe it! This planet will have another demigod powerhouse? Supergiant, have you detected Tony's psychic energy?"

Corvus Glaive gripped his scythe tightly, his mind flooded with a frenzied killing intent he could barely contain.

Supergiant, a master of psychic abilities, truly lived up to her name. The proud curves of her chest swayed with every step, making one want to rush forward and help support them.

Her unnervingly white, pupil-less eyes contrasted with her hip-length white hair, making for a very unsettling sight.

Supergiant stuck a finger in her mouth, then pulled it out and grunted. A vast psychic energy was constantly spreading out from her, sensing all life in the vicinity.

She was responsible for monitoring any movements from Cybertron's main planet.

"No, there is no movement from Tony whatsoever. I tried to contact him, to invade his mind, but I was rejected," Supergiant said softly, her expression a bit unnatural.

It was more than just rejection; Tony couldn't even be bothered with her, offering no response at all. She had exhausted all her methods, yet she couldn't penetrate the endless barrier that was like a black hole.

Honestly, Supergiant felt a sense of dread. That seemingly infinite black hole gave her the feeling that it could completely devour her soul.

"Hmph, it seems he's observing us too. What a coward," Corvus Glaive said with a savage smile.

The thirty steles had all been released, smashing down toward the final satellite. This time, Commander Corvus Glaive was brimming with confidence.

"I, Corvus Glaive, as my master's right-hand man, have never known failure! All who stand in my way will die!" Corvus Glaive declared.

The thirty steles burned as they fell, like meteors carrying death.

But in mid-air, they suddenly stopped. Not only that, but they reversed direction, rushing back up into space.

It was as if some force was pushing them.

The three million Outriders inside screamed, agitated and restless.

"What is that?"

Ebony Maw's expression changed slightly, his calmly clasped hands falling apart.

The thirty steles were pushed back into space—a shocking scene. Then, under the propulsion of some force, they collided with one another, emitting explosive sparks as they detonated in outer space.

"Those were the last thirty steles!" Ebony Maw's lips twitched as he glanced at Corvus Glaive, prodding him slightly.

As expected, Corvus Glaive exploded. The fact that his temper had held out this long was already a record-breaking feat.

"Who is it?! Who dares to oppose me, Corvus Glaive! You're courting death! Kill them! Not only must they die, but their parents, relatives, and friends must all die!"

Corvus Glaive let out a shrill roar, his voice sharp and piercing. He raised his massive scythe, its tip pointing forward.

"I, Corvus Glaive, refuse to believe there is anyone in this world I cannot kill! I command the Black Order to attack! Kill them all!"

Whether the other four were willing or not, they had no choice but to move. It was the best option—attacking together was better than fighting alone...

Tony was not an opponent who could be defeated in a one-on-one fight.

The Black Order moved out. The auras of five demigods radiated outwards, causing this corner of the starry sky to tremble.

They stared coldly ahead, wanting to see who was seeking death.

Until they saw thousands of swift figures fly up from the satellite. They then arranged themselves neatly into a military formation, silently staring back at them with gazes that seemed to be looking at dead men.

Leading them was none other than Commander Hant.

The blessing of the yellow sun showered down upon their stalwart bodies without obstruction. The warm, comforting sensation of power, countless times stronger than what they had known in the past, allowed this legion to fear no enemy.

The five figures trembled as they looked at the barrier standing before them. Unconsciously, their bodies seemed to shrink a few centimeters as they fell into an eerie silence.

The suffocating auras and the silent stares rendered these five powerful beings, who had rampaged across the universe for countless years, utterly speechless and frozen in place.

Corvus Glaive's throat made a rasping sound. His eyes bulged in disbelief as he stared at the figures who were continuously growing stronger. He swallowed hard.

He groaned, "Kryp... Kryptonians?"
